Rosalyn's Hot Chicken

We got the medium spice chicken sandwich basket and WHEW! When I tell you it was good!!!! Perfect spice, the dressing that the cole slaw was made in was Absolutely DELICIOUS. The chicken was breaded perfectly with an unforgettable crunch. This is NOT what I expected to be outside of my apartment. They exceeded my expectations for sure. 10/10 And to be totally honest, this is better than Micos. This truck deserves the hype that Micos got. The service AND the food was better. Visited Rosalyn's at Rosehill Beer Garden tonight. Super sweet people and the hot chicken was amazing. Great heat and flavor! Definitely recommend!!!!

I'm parking it at a 5 for these guys. Their chicken is kickin' and service is super friendly. Fries are crispy and tasty. The portion of chicken is big enough to take some home to your mama if you're that nice. Call 'em up, call 'em up, tell 'em what you want! 281-845-4262

I definitely give them 5 stars. I got the Mac Hotti. It was a crispy chicken sandwich with mac and cheese inside! Delicious. Perfect crispiness and perfect mac n cheese flavor. The chicken was so juicy yummmm. The fries were seasoned too which I liked. My husband got the chicken tenders and he liked very much. Perfect dinner to go during the busy work week. I would definitely get the Mac Hotti again. I'm glad we tried them for the first time tonight. I hope they keep coming back to this area.

Wow! First review, really? This place was awesome! Houston is really going strong with the hot chicken trend and I feel like there's a new hot chicken place opening up every week. Well I think Rosalyns definitely stands out. Let's get to the details! Wait time: Took about 25 minutes, there wasn't a long line but hey good chicken takes time right?Food: Hot chicken sandwich- 4/5 Crispy, spicy, and HOT! And I mean hot as in holy shit this sandwich stayed hot for like 10 minutes, it was hard to hold but I didn't care, I was hungryyyy. Hubby and I both got the medium spice level and it was definitely burn your mouth and lips spicy. One thing I wish there was more of was the sauce. We felt that there wasn't enough of it on the sandwich! Also the Cole slaw isn't too sweet which I kind of liked. To me it didn't taste like the typical Hot Chicken sandwich but more of a spicy chicken sandwich.Fries- 3/5 We ordered a side of fries and TBH it seemed like a really small quantity. Felt like it could've been fried longer as well because they weren't crispy. Also their chicken is Halal! Yay!All in all, the service was friendly, food was great! Check them out!

I'm sure the food is good, but I would not know because I followed the listed address and ended up on the other side of town. Come to find out they in cypress.. please add the location is an easy to identify space as not to wast folks time. Thanks

My husband picked up some to go orders and oh my was I happy that he did! I tried the tender basket and he had the sandwich..... it's so juicy and crispy. I couldn't stop eating it even after my nose starting running because of the heat.... and we only got mild!! Definitely would recommend this food!

These chicken tenders might be the best I've ever had. You could feel the juice running out of your mouth as you bit into them, but the outside was very crispy. Fries are good, Mac and cheese is above average. Be careful with their heat scale. I think I'm pretty good at handling spice, but their "hot" was challenging to get an entire order down - think maybe a little below Buffalo Wild Wings "Blazin", so I can't imagine how their extra hot would be. The "medium" was spicy but not to the point where it left your mouth on fire.I'm posting this review on their last day in Houston, so hopefully they can take this profile, or at least the reviews with them wherever they go.

This is the best hot chicken sandwich I've ever had. You get a good amount of chicken that's juicy with good flavor. The slaw and sauce is also good.

I had a mild wing basket. The chicken was good very crispy and spicy. I wish it had a sauce though or since it didn't have a sauce it could have been a little more savory. The fries were nice and crisp but they barely had any salt. The pickles added a nice touch. Only other complaint is that that food took a while which was a little annoying since this is a food truck and you have to wait for your food out in the heat.
