Visited this vendor at the Grub Park. I ordered the three meat plate--brisket, ribs, turkey--with mac & cheese, potato salad as sides. Also ordered the boudin egg rolls. First, I am not a big beef brisket eater, mainly because a lot of times beef is not tender, as in this case. Not sure if it was the cut of beef, or the beef needed more cooking. The brisket was not tender. I tried to eat some, but the majority was trashed. The only piece that I was able to chew was two small pieces that was cut very thin-- not sure why all slices were not cut the same thickness--maybe I could have chewed if they were all sliced thin. One slice was cut too thick--that piece I definitely could not chew.The ribs and turkey were perfectly cooked. The potato salad was delicious, the boudin egg rolls were delicious-- the dipping sauce was also delicious. The bbq sauce was delicious. The mac & cheese was so-so. I will definitely return one day, and hopefully the ribs and turkey will be consistently tender; but I will pass on the beef.

They have a food truck they send to our company in Houston. They are awesome! I love the BBQ sausage sandwich, with chips. Great value and excellent quality of food! The owner is super friendly and great! You gotta try them! That's it. Try for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Thanks!

Chef Roco's food and service is A1! He makes a wide variety of types of dishes and lunch menus change weekly. I've had several types of dishes and he consistently has great customer service, and delivers to my job downtown, and on time. Food is prepared with love and he always greets you with a smile and appreciation. I highly recommend Roco's Grill & Smokehouse!

Ooh, this stuff was delicious! I ordered a two meat plate with links and brisket. It came with bread and two other sides. It was very filling. The service was excellent and friendly as well.

I live in Humble and i have been eyeballing this food truck for a while but I could ever get catch them open due to my schedule,But I did today and boy am I glad,I had chopped beef loaded potato and it was delicious! The beef was on point and tasted very good , not greasy of fatty at all,All the condiments were on point Highly Recommended. Banana Putting was soo good too. Next time I will try the brisket and ribs. Their bbq sauce is on point, not overwhelming at all. Friendly service too!

3.5 starswe ordered lunch from this food truck for our family at the Houston Arboretum's Halloween event Highlights: * the grilled cheese was really delicious and cheesy (we got it with no brisket but their menu has a "brisket grilled cheese" option)* Mac & cheese side was good* Cajun rice was good but mildly spicy so not appreciated by our young kidsThe ribs were disappointing. They were overcooked- rather than being tender, they were kind of gristly and almost tough.

Brisket and ribs very juicy and flavor, potatoes salad and Cajun rice very delicious. The portions are big for the price comprare to many places.
