I'm very disappointed my husband and I always come. today CRYSTAL was the clerk working my husband went inside to buy a juice for his vape well the juice cost $10 Crystal charged my husband $20.00 when my husband saw the receipt he mentioned to her that he was charged for the wrong amount her response was SORRY IM NOT THE MANAGER which I'm not sure what that has to do with her refunding him he asked well can I get a coil then if you are not going to refund me she said no and just stood there at the end she didn't even bother to make it right after it was her mistake!!!Keep in mind the cost of a coil is $6 at least the one he buys she didn't even offer a solution was very rude to him luckily another client was in the store and heard what happened and gave him the $10 because he just wanted to pay and leave but in reality that was not his responsibility I'm very disappointed in the horrible service she was very rude said some smart comments that were not needed this store needs to do better on who they hire

Savana has great customer service and people skills! She always make me feel welcomed in the store. The store is always clean and organized and fully stocked with multiple choices to chose from.
