Can you say awkward????So I went in and no one was there except for two employees. One was super helpful and one was super ... Not, I'm not sure if he is having a bad day orDidn't want me in his store. I MIGHT give him / them one last try, but if the y'all guy with curly hair is still rude I'm going to confirm my assumption that he doesn't value my dollars and never go again.For starters this place seems to be new, well stocked, and nicely set up for a smoke shop. It's a typical storefront with a deep narrow set up, they have merchandise along both side walls and the back walls along with merchandise cabinets Ali g both the left and right side.Part of my stem on my Hookah broke so I'm looking to replace It if the whole thing.Here's my experience 1- I walk in (it's covid19 time so my mask is in and so are theirs).2- as I take it all in my first view ifHumans is them both behind opposite counters talking and they turn to walk away, deeper intoThe store. I notice they didn't speak as most would when they see a customer and aren't busy. But maybe they don't know any better so try to let that go as they literally turn their backs to me. 3- the guy behind the left counter stops at the register as the guy from the right comes across toHim and stands in Front of the register with something in his hand. I am getting ready to assume that maybe that display area is open to customers and maybe he is a customer. But then he sort of mumble something and looks my way I ask him what he said and then he yells out with some very matter-of-fact tone and body language " I said put on some hand sanitizer!" As he goes on to talk to the other employee. 4- I look around and surely set down to the left side is an almost empty bottle. I already had put some on before I left my car but if that's their policy cool. I get some barely tapping the handle that Lord knows who's germs are on. I don't appreciate the attitude but whatever I'll take the cleanly approach.5- in doing that I notice the hookahs are there behind the left display on the wall closest to me closest to the entry basically... no need to walk closer toMr. ugly.6- so I sit there and wait for them to finish whatever it is that's more important than a customer. After a few second the tall curly head bad attitude Mr. ugly man, turn and looks at me and says "what?" I say "excuse me?" He then asks something to the nature of what am I looking for I assume he is wondering why I ya ENT began walking through the store. I tell him in looking for parts On the hookah and point there... right at the spot im standing... letting him see that I do not need to walk throughout the store, I'm waiting on them. So he turns to the other employee and points him down to me.7- while I tell the nicer decent guy what I the ugly guy goes behind the same counter and starts doing stuff messing with products in a ladder.8- we quickly see they don't have the products so the nicer guy tries to tell me places that may have it. I named out one then can't quite remember the other. He looks too Mr. ugly and asked him for help with the other smoke shop name.9- Mr ugly comes off of the ladder just to say "what??? Idk! I don't know I don't shop at other shops!" With all of the worst body language.10- so at that point the nicer guy just says let me try to find it for you pulls out his phone and looks the name of the place up for me.I appreciate the nicer employee and would give his customer service and willingness to share good resources five stars but the other guy and his ugliness outweighed it all. So 2 stars is the most give themEspecially since I wasn't able to find the product. Generally I do try to buy something extra at small businesses even if they didn't have what I really wanted it just to support and for their customer service but in this case I didn't even try to find anything else to need. His attitude was pathetic. I'd hope it was a bad day for him and not that he doesn't like my type of customer.

i bought the cupcake d8 disposable pen in strawberry cough flavor (blue box), the girl told me it was a very popular product. i did not get a receipt back. i went online after to research the brand and discovered it does not exist at all online. no company website, no info, nothing. went on reddit and saw many posts about this company being a potential scam and the ingredients are not verified. so basically this could potentially be harmful but theres no data so no one knows.i am pretty disappointed that this shop would sell an unethical product like this, considering it has the potential to be toxic to consumers, without at least a warning.I wonder where they order these from as some sources are saying cake is an unlicensed chinese company that sells these carts.also the disposable cart says "FUER" on it, instead of the brand (cupcake or cake).

Really, really like this shop! Good location, and great selection of vape juices and also a pretty big selection of disposables and glass. The staff is friendly and helpful, prices are decent, and it's super clean inside. Highly recommend!

Customer service, lowest prices, and variety of products, delta, nic disposables, glass, and hookah! Lowest prices with a fun atmosphere. I always leave with a smile.

had a terrible experience with the long hair dirty looking guy in there. he must have got up on the wrong side of the bed! we tell him we need wraps of one flavor and he tells us he can't sell the box to us?? uh why? well we need to have it for other customers? I was confused so I asked .. these are to sell right? he said yes but not to only one customer??!! WTF .. then everytime he went to grab something he would drop boxes and wraps on the floor this happened literally three times so I said " your having a rough morning.. " jokingly and he responded with his back turned "don't remark on everything I do" HOW RUDE!!! my son then proceeded to tell him not to speak to me like that and he asked us to leave. words were exchanged .. we have been coming here for a year now and this guy always has a attitude .. poor customer service.... owners should know you don't need someone like that running the register and helping people. he literally had a issue bc I said something about dropping things on the floor numerous times ... boy if you offended .. wake your ass up and stop dropping products on the floor.
