Generally pretty good service and deals. Today, I was told about a deal. Didn't get it and it was nothing that could be done. I couldn't even return even though I didn't even leave the parking lot before going back in. Disappointed and will probably not be back. Offered a gummy but half off and a gummy are not the same. Only reason I shopped for more than what I came for was because it was half off.

Visited this place in a pinch while out in Katy, and it's not a shop I've been to in the past so I was kind of just taking a shot in the dark. Happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised!The service was super fast and easy despite being a holiday, and they had TWO discounts going that made the product so well priced that I decided to get double! I realize this speaks more to my lack of self control LOL, but I promise it's a great place to try! Would recommend

First time to a vape store but the employee (sorry I missed his name) was very helpful and friendly. He helped us get exactly what we needed and was very kind with us and our beginner questions. Give them a shot!

I think this store has an incredible selection, and usually the staff is pretty awesome. However, today I experienced something I've never ever experienced in my 40 years on this planet when it comes to service and retail. I was in a rush today, as my 5 year old son had broken his arm and was in my truck. We were in between appointments (we had a few minutes to kill) and I stopped by the shop for 2 minutes on my way to the pediatric orthopedist to get his cast on. Apparently I had cut off one of the managers in the store in the parking lot, and had backed into a parking spot and was over the lines. This was a near empty parking lot, and I literally had no idea I had cut him off, as i was focused on my son who was in pain from the broken bones. I waved to him and mouthed "sorry" for not seeing him as I was backing into the parking spot. Well, I ran into the store and knew exactly what I was getting, and was at the counter paying when I heard someone behind me walking to the counter say to me, "I know you are in a rush and all, but don't ever park in front of my f***ing store like that ever again." I was kinda taken aback by that, but I apologized for not seeing him and told him it was my bad. The more I thought about it, the more I was bothered that a manger of the store would talk to a customer like that who was spending $100 at their store. I admittedly fired back that maybe he should have some grace for people, as he may not know what is going on in someone else's life. He continued to curse at me and told me "not to park at his f***ing store like that ever again." At this point, whatever, I'm just leaving with my stuff, and just won't shop here again. But this was not the end of the story, as I was blown away at what happened next, and it is what lead me to leave this review. I ran back out of the store to get in the car with my son, and as I'm walking up to the car I realized that this manager with curly blonde hair and piercings had parked next to my car, parking no further than 4 inches from my driver-side door. My kid starts freaking out because he thinks I can't get into the car, and I run back into the store to try and get him to move his car so I could get in because of the situation I was in, and even told him about my son's broken arm. He refused to do so, and told me it was my fault for cutting him off and that's what I get for "parking in front of his f***ing store like that." I have never gone "Karen" on anyone, and usually have patience for others. I know people have bad days and stuff happens (I mean, damn, I was obviously having one) but this was completely unacceptable in my book. To me this kind of revenge is petty, trying to shame someone who is 6'3" and 225lbs into having to crawl through the passenger side friggen door. I feel the need to let others know what kind of crap is tolerated amongst the managerial staff at this location. As someone who has owned businesses and been very successful, I can tell you that this type of leadership will be the downfall of this location over time. I'm sorry for the rant, and I hate that I'm sounding like a damn Karen, but I don't think you should spend your hard earned money at this location.
