Hours say store opens at 10am on Saturdays. By 10:10am, we had watched 3 cars leave due to the store still not being opened, then we decided to leave as well. If this is how they operate their business, they will not be getting mine.

It was a little bit of a wait, but when I was being helped he knew exactly what I needed and helped me in a quick and efficient manner. The layout of those store is really awesome, and I am blown away with the amount of vape juices they have to offer.

The staff is so friendly! Great prices and location. Wide variety of cbd and smoke accessories. This is my go to place.

The customer service is great. I was expecting them to not be so nice since it's a classier joint than the other smoke shops around the area. It is a higher priced shop but I haven't had an issue with any products.

Looking for a replacement piece of glass and after describing what I needed the guy didn't look or help at all, seemed like I was a hindrance to him. His name is Armando. This place seems like it has went down hill as I have been a customer for years. Won't make the drive here any more.

Zack is super helpful friendly and informative. He answered all my questions and I felt welcome as soon as I came in the door. Definitely coming back for future purchases!!!!!!!

They changed the two ladies that were managers for the same A Hole from the location behind wendy's by Groschke, will never return. His service is by far the worst experience

Worse customer service EVER! The so called manager sold a damaged product and didn't even bother to compensate me or switch the faulty product. Then had the audacity to blame the customer (me). If you're going to be in a management position please know how to manage. Both employees need to be trained to deal with customer service. Now I know why there was not one customer in the building. This business will definitely not last long if with their horrible, I don't give a crap, attitude. I can easily go to the next vape shop down the street.TOTAL FAIL!!!And of course you would say I broke it. As long as I've been purchasing juices, I've never broken one. How can you break one anyway? Is that even possible? The product was faulty. You had an opportunity to make things right when I was there and brought it to your attention and you chose not to.And taking care of it is greatly appreciated. Not only did I buy a $55 Vape machine and getting nothing to go with it but my fiancé bought a $20 Vape pen and got a free non-tobacco and Vape to go with it so these people are not honest or good to go to
