Don't go here if they sell you a vape that doesn't work they will not exchange it. Bought a $50 vape and got one hit out of it. Took it back and they said they couldn't exchange it but offered me a 10% discount as of five dollars is going to do anything.

I purchased a Puffco Proxy and once I got home I discovered it was defective and a part was completely broken off. I was concerned because the product was out of the box when I bought it and sitting on the shelf...when I went back to the store to exchange it, the manager refused to exchange the item and redirected me to use the warrant and ship it back to the manufacturer. For a product this expensive, ($335) I'm very disappointed by their customer service. It wouldn't have affected them at all to exchange it and send it back to their distributor, they just didn't want to help.
