They don't guarantee that their products work. I hope you have liability insurance because not replacing a $30 vape after 3 days of trying to get it to work before it tasting completely burned is ridiculous. Not even close to half of the tank had been used. I'll buy my things else where, and definitely won't recommend this location.

Great place. A dude named Gabe works there who is extremely knowledgeable about all the products (especially the Nord by Smok). If there was such a thing as a vapeologist he would be one. I appreciate his expertise and will be back because of him.

Beatiful shop middle of Montrose. Daniel was really helpful. Loved the vibes. It felt like I was in Los Angeles.

Rock N Roll it is by far my favorite chain of smoke shops all over Houston. I loved the deals I get via text for being a member (at no cost to me)...occasionally they will text out some super amazing sales! The sales reps at all stores are very friendly, and honestly their prices and selections can't be beat. I will drive out of my way to visit one of their locations!

CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY!! Just stopped by to check this shop out while running errands. I had been looking for a particular style glass bl*nt for a while now, and the manager showed me what they had that was very similar. I asked to purchase the other package since his hands weren't all over it. He did hook me up with their Happy Hour discount which I very much appreciated, but as soon I got into my car I realized that it was missing the mouth piece. Not even 5 minutes, i re-enter to notify them of what happened. I was told that there was no returns and all sales final, with nothing being able to be done about the missing piece other than purchasing the other fully equipped product. I understand that as a customer, it's my responsibility to ensure that I leave with what I'm paying for, but I figured they'd be able to help me out if I came ASAP as opposed to realizing when I got home. He did offer me a complimentary vape which I respectfully declined, but as a first-time customer being sold an incomplete product, it put a horrible taste in my mouth when i honestly would have come back time and time again. It wasn't about the money or the discount, it was the principle that I was sold an incomplete product. The shop is nice, and the service was cool, but let me be your lesson to CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!Won't be returning.

While they don't always stock what I'm specifically looking for (mostly dab & concentrate accessories), the overall atmosphere and customer service has always been great. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, can hold a conversation, and doesn't seem to be rushing you like a lot of other smoke shops do. If you're into vaping... this place is definitely a place to check out... the selection is huge.

Was a regular customer and i would only buy the Ignite disposables. Recently, i bought disposables from two other brands that I have NEVER had malfunction on me ever before from any other vape shop. They literally didnt work at all, no vape would come out. I brought them back and asked for them to be exchanged and the storeperson literally just said "no im not exchanging these." EXCUSE ME?? Never ever coming here again. Wasted over $30 on nothing. Wouldnt recommend unless you want malfunctioning devices.

They do not have good customer service. Employees will be inside and will choose to ignore phone calls.

Very helpful staff and clean store. Even if they don't have what you're looking for, they will work to get it back in stock! Also, some of the cutest employees around. They work hard to make good recommendations depending on what you're looking for.

Make sure you open your purchase in front of them because they sell opened merchandise to people without letting them know, then laugh at you on the phone when you tell them about it and ask for an exchange. Never shopping here again.
