The only reason they get 2 stars is because they're in my building. Other than that, 1 star. I really don't like this small takeout. My main gripe is with their pricing of things. When I decide to go there, I get a croissant sausage and cheese. Why do they charge me for the egg? I don't have egg on it. In fact I can't eat eggs. So it really makes me upset that I'm charged for it because they won't change the prices on their register to accommodate this. I just feel as though they're ripping people off. Don't like that at all.

This place is wonderful! I work right across the street so it is super convenient as well. The turkey bacon avocado wrap is the BOMB and if you are looking for comfort food the basil tomato soup and grilled cheese (4 cheeses) is superb. I occasionally have the cinnamon roll for breakfast as well and it has yet to disappoint me. I can't eat it often because I am trying to lose weight but they are so darn good that I have to allow myself a cheat day every now and then! They also have a punch card where you get a free sandwich after 10 punches and they will keep the card there for you so you don't have to keep track of it! In summary, service is always excellent and food is fresh and delicious!

Work in the building and we order from them a lot for meetings and team lunches. Friendly staff, fresh and tasty food, consistent quality. They have a frequent diner card, also, which is nice! They responded to a recent request for more vegetarian/vegan menu items, and are always accommodating of special requests. Solid!

"You got kicked out of Rising Roll? How does that even happen?"Well, funny story...Picture it. Midtown. Last week. It was a cold, windy day and I woke up hungry after having dreams about a sandwich. I decided to get something to eat right after Wendy Williams.I was on my way to the location on Northside Drive and I was literally driving past this one and decided to stop in. Actually, I kind of forgot about it until I saw the "Free Parking" sign in the garden.I turned right after the sign and parked in the same building as Rising Roll. After finding parking I came inside and ordered everything in sight. After I paid I gave the guy my parking ticket and asked if that is how I got it validated. He took one glance and said I parked in the wrong place. I was in OAC, not ACP... whatever the hell that means. In case you were wondering, that's actually the building across the street... because apparently parking in the attached parking deck is a ridiculous idea to some people. As he was giving me a refund I apologized for being a pain, but I didn't appreciate his poor explanation or being hustled for parking when the signs are unclear. I thought it was free. Obviously I was hungry and wanted to eat there. I mean, I ordered $20 worth of food (and had already paid for it).As I was leaving he called me an asshole. Well, I'm sure you can imagine what happened next. Technically, I was never asked to leave, but I screamed loud enough that I'm pretty sure they don't want to see me again. That's fine. I wouldn't go back there anyway. Parking sucks and I don't like giving my hard earned money to someone who thinks I'm an asshole. It takes a lot for me to rate something one star. Congrats on being #25, asshole!#Yelp365 - 40/365

This location is very convenient for a quick bite to eat during lunch. It tends to get pretty busy by 12:15, so I usually go around 11:45 or after the lunch rush. The people are very friendly and the sandwiches are very fresh. I have tried almost every type of bread and it lives up to its name. The Tuna Melt and Chicken Melt are my absolute favorite!! The Italian is also pretty good as well. There are daily specials on one sub during the week. And going on Fridays is a must as you get a Free Chocolate Chip Cookie with the purchase of a sandwich or salad! Their cookies are AMAZING and worth the trip on Fridays!!!

I work very close by so I am in here frequently for sandwiches. Their food is pretty good, they have a very wide selection of sandwiches and salads. I am a huuuuuge fan of their potato salad in particular! The only thing I haven't liked so far was the chicken salad sandwich- it was literally just chicken meat and mayonnaise and was very bland. They also have delicious breakfast sandwiches- they have a panini, a croissant, and a biscuit, to name a few. They also have turkey bacon! I was very pleased about that- there is a .50 cent upcharge, but it's a price I gladly paid! You can't go wrong with a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Their staff is very friendly and you can get a punch card towards a free sandwich, and Monday and Wednesday are double punch days. They also have very alluring cinnamon rolls in their pastry case but I have not tried one yet- I am certain that I will sometime soon! The drawback is that there is no parking, so if you are not nearby already, it's probably not worth traveling to.

There are four people here. I ordered two coffees and a muffin fifteen minutes ago. They had no coffee brewed at 9am. This is BASIC stuff. Not asking for a complicated order especially for a place that bills itself as a coffee place. This place is ridiculously poorly run.

I have visited this location on 2 occasions and on the first trip I purchased the egg white and presto sandwich on nanny bread, which was delightful. So true to form I decide to come back again for a second round of yum.I was disappointed, I ordered a large bowl of buttery grits and I added eggs, cheese and bacon separate and because they do not come with the bowl of grits.Anyway all of my additions aside from the cheese were 1.99 a piece and the cheese was .50. Once I got to my office to begin enjoying my breakfast I noticed a couple of things. One there was absolutely no salt in these buttery grits and not to mention the grits were not cooked all the way through. And I had several mouthfuls of crunchy uncooked grits in a watery cup of grits, that I paid over $7 for.Moral of the story stay far away from the grits they serve at this location.

Just had the chicken bacon avocado pesto wrap and it was scrumptious! It's hard to find exciting sandwiches without cheese and this one definitely qualified! They didn't skimp on any of the ingredients, price was great, it came up quickly and staff is friendly and attentive (they take Apple Pay too, which is handy if you forgot your wallet, like I did!)

I work nearby and order from this location frequently. They failed to follow my requests on my sandwich order, which I noted when I picked up my already paid for food. When I pointed this out, they said they had complied with my request. They had not. When I pointed this out, they again incorrectly assured me that my order was correct. I won't be ordering food from here again as there are many other places for lunch in this area of Midtown. I suggest that no one else patronize this business either.
