Lovely Restaurant tucked in the Creekside area of the Woodlands. From the moment you enter the beautiful imported wooden doors you feel the ambiance of the restaurant and the journey begins. On a Friday evening, we were seated promptly and the staff was wonderful. Erick, our server, was personable, very accommodating and professional. His service was impeccable. We started with drinks, bread and butter. The roll was fresh, hot and we loved the serving dish. (See pictures). The coffee is served in a French Press allowing personal preference in strength. We enjoyed the Marshmallow Soup and French Onion. Both delicious, and the tomato bisque/goat cheese Marshmallow Soup is so unique and worth the experience. Our soufflés were so good. The Crab Soufflé was perfectly done, excellent taste and strongly recommended. I had the Jambon & Gruyère Soufflé which was simply delicious. Another strong recommendation. We typically are not dessert people but we had taken advantage of a Prix Fixe menu option which included a nice selection. Pictured are the Crème Brûlée and Apple Tart which were absolutely perfectly prepared and delicious. I've included some pictures of the interior as it is so nicely done and when combined with the music, the service, the menu options and location, I strongly recommend.

Oh my goodness!!! Talk about delicious! We did the Prix fixe $39 menu..appetizer; entree; dessert. Plenty of choices on this special menu. We had the onion soup for the appetizer course..it was cheesy and flavorful. For main Course my friend had the mushroom truffle soufflé; I had the Gruyère and ham soufflé. Both were light and airy with lovely flavors. For dessert the raspberry soufflé. Light flavorful with a bit of sweetness; it comes with a pourable creamy raspberry sauce. A glass of Prosecco topped it off. Service was excellent; attentive but not over the top. Napkins are lovely kitchen towels..smart idea! All in all a delightful experience.

The ambiance, the service, and the food were all exceptional! When booking the reservation on YELP, there was an option to include a note about celebrating a special occasion. I shared it was a birthday celebration and the restaurant went above and beyond to create a beautiful nook to celebrate our group. See the photos attached. The prix fixe offered multiple choices for starters, entrees, and deserts. If you have a smaller appetite like me I recommend sharing so there is room to try multiple items. I passed on drinking any wine or spirits, but the hot tea I requested was hot and soothing to my seasonal allergy sore throat. This is a great location to meet friends or enjoy a nice date.

Oh Rise... No one makes soufflés like you. Your ever charming, inviting and unique decor is époustouflant and breathtaking. We've been to several of your locations and never have you disappointed us. I think I'm in love!We visited the Woodlands' Rise location for the first time today. It was the only location we had not yet visited. It's just shy of a three hour car ride for us to get there, but we knew it would be worth it. Before the pandemic, we had the chance to eat at their now closed Houston location a few times. We were happy to learn last year while visiting their Fort Worth location (a four hour drive) that they were opening a fourth location slightly closer to us. Delightful!During today's visit, the staff was super nice and they decorated the table with Happy Anniversary written in Scrabble letters before we arrived. They also placed some wedding themed napkins on the table. Nice touch! They knew to set the stage. At the end of our meal, they also gifted us a love themed embroidered hand towel. It's already hanging in our kitchen as we speak, ready to be used! Lovely. The food was good, as always. We had a cheese plate and their special strawberry soufflé, which was the biggest, most risen soufflé we've ever witnessed! The taste was sweet, light and cloud-like. This dish basically is what cotton candy dreams it'll become when it grows up. It was excellent and memorable. Thank you Rise for the wonderful afternoon. Our visit was short but perfect. Merci infiniment!

Tonight we decided to give Rise Soufflé a try and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great and really complemented the experience. I need their music playlist STAT!We started out with the marshmallow soup and French onion soup. Don't worry the marshmallows aren't what you think. They are amazing savory pillows of goat cheese yumminess. The French onion soup was one of my favorites as most places make it way too salty. For our main courses we did the duck a l'orange and apricot jam glaze, frito pie and the escargot soufflé. While all were good, the escargot soufflé was amazing! 6 whole escargots swimming in garlic butter with goat cheese soufflé pillows resting on top of each and drizzled with basil pesto. Thank goodness we had bread left because I wasn't letting any of that butter go to waste. For dessert we did the pecan praline soufflé and banana fosters soufflé. My guys loved the pecan praline as it definitely had an intense but good praline taste. I loved the bananas foster which was more delicate in flavors. Either way you can't go wrong. Tracy was our server and she was great at answering questions and ensuring our meal flowed. We will definitely be back and will be asking for her specifically!

This is a lovely setting, warm and rustic with tiny little lights twinkling. It makes you feel like you're transported to the French countryside with your significant other. The staff is warm and genuine. They treat you like you are royalty and if it's your birthday...get ready for a glass of wine on the house and other special touches. You have to go all in on the food because it's different than most cuisines in the area. The marshmallow soup is savory and other than appearance has nothing in common with that quintessential campfire treat. The soup is a robust and smooth take on a tomato and carrot bisque and the marshmallow is goat cheese dollops. Well done. For mains we opted on the jambon and Gruyère soufflé and a cauliflower and Brie option. Both were fluffy and very tasty with the egg in the souffle being more pronounced in the former. Dessert soufflés that made it to our table were the grand marnier and the pecan praline. Both were delightful. Management gifted us both with a free dessert on our next visit, ensuring we will be back though that was more than likely anyway.

Yes, it's great. My mom used to send us out in the yard or waited until we were asleep to make a soufflé. My husband hadn't ever had one. They've done a great job with the atmosphere, they had a pop up book of my favorite, The little princess, right by our table. The marshmallow soup was good, but I'd read so many reviews, it wasn't the standout I thought it would be. The crabmeat soufflé was outstanding, as was the pecan soufflé I had. My husband said he would rate the French onion soup, ham and cheese soufflé, and strawberry soufflé as a 5. The pictures tell the story.

Elegant cafe in Creekside, with an ambiance that embodies the French countryside. Service is welcoming, decor is tasteful - perfect for an intimate brunch or ladies day out sort of thing. It's truly lovely.I met some friends mid-week for a casual lunch date. We chose to sit on the covered patio and enjoyed the sun & scenery. Menu is primarily sweet & savory soufflés, with a few soup & sandwich options as well. Complimentary bread & butter is served on a cute bread board with a guillotine knife...There is a niche for people who like soufflés (taste & texture is acquired...) Although I am not one of them, I appreciate this restaurant whole heartedly. I tried the crab soufflé and bread pudding soufflé, and both were done very well.... Just a bit too airy and "egg-y" for me. The french onion soup was up my alley, rich and delightful.Would come back again, because it was an enjoyable venue to get together with my besties.

Just a quick history - Rise had a location in Galleria, but after Covid they closed it down, which was very disappointing, since Rise was one of our choices for date nights. After finding out that they had a location in the woodlands I was so thrilled! So here's my review!Food: The food was well presented. Everything we ordered was pleasantly delightful. The portions are perfect! You will definitely be full after you are done eating. Service: if I could rate the service I would give it a ten! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you receive an exceptional customer service. The Manager is professional and makes you feel welcomed. He actually went above and beyond and gifted us something. Environment: The ambiance for Rise has always given me a mellow, warm, romantic vibe. It's definitely one of our choices to have a date night and celebrate.I highly recommend Rise! For any occasion. You will definitely receive an amazing service with savory food!
