Rico Pollo

This is the perfect family meal. They have been around for as long as I can remember and the chicken is phenomenal.

Placed an order today and the young lady that took my order did not change her gloves after taking my payment she went back to flipping tortillas with the same gloves gross!

Hubs and I have been on the hunt for this kind of Mexican chicken...and Rico pollo scratched that itch. It's not quite the same as Pollo Regio (grilled chicken estilo Monterrey) from Texas but similar style. The had chicken is a decent size for 2 people. Definitely better quality than El Pollo Loco!

The best smooth beans ever! Been coming to this place since I was a child, and now it's my favorite taco dinner for the nights that I'm not feeling up to the task of cooking. I get the whole chicken dinner for 2 ppl and it feeds us for dinner, each of our lunches the next day, and often dinner again. I usually get extra sides of rice and beans, just to stretch the leftovers even longer. The best part is I get all that for $31. I imagine it would satisfy a family of 4.

Good hot wings!! Saucy and crispy. Definitely will be back for more. Grilled chicken looks like it needs a try.

super bad service the employees it's always talking en El chisme .and give us the wrong order for 2 time I never come back to this place .

Delicious! I got the 1/4 chicken dark meat and it was excellent. The sides and tortillas were also very good. I highly recommend it!

Great Chicken, but I was wondering where you get your wingless Chickens from? Because when I see "Whole Chicken" I expect to se wings in my order. Then you have a whole wing menu??? Are you taking the wings we pay for to supplement your income? is that why you chop the poor chicken to pieces? Love your chicken, I just think you are cheating us and charging us for parts of the chicken we don't get. Am I wrong people? Aren't you as angry as I am? You want wings with your 'whole' chicken? Well... You need to pay EXTRA! Whaaat?

Came in almost an hour before close and was told they didn't have enough green chili for 2 orders, and and when asked for a simple request of chips on the side for nachos, the malicious compliance was that of the entire order was put in separate containers, to be assembled later .. and after a 20 minute wait, another order came in, waited, recieved their order and left well before my order was handed to me.I was friendly and forgiving the whole time, but the attitude of the manager was that of you are putting me out by ordering food, please go someplace else. The entire staff had a lousy attitude as a matter of fact, no one had the slightest bit of urgency, and they continued to close down the restaurant, with 5 or 6 employees (so they were not short-staffed at all), and I felt very unwelcome the entire time.I could not recommend this place to anyone. Go someplace, anyplace else - you will have a better experience. Even after the long wait, the food was not that good - it had a burned taste.One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant in years. If I was any one of those employees working on the night of 2/22, I would be ashamed of myself.

Was a little hesitant at first. Ordered dark meat pollo and some flautas. Pollo was so juicy and tender. Flautas are good but prefer to eat them there and not to go, but still delicious. We will be going back for sure! Menu is a little confusing but we finally got it right. Didn't take a pic but still very Yummo! Service was a little slow cashier was having a hard time understanding us as she only spoke Spanish which is fine but when asked for help no one seemed to want to help her.
