While Specs was hiding in its gold plated hurricane shelter throughout Harvey, Ricky's Liquor was serving critical supplies to the people. It appears to be a small family owned joint and they are very nice. If you live on the bottom shelf like I, fear not, for pricing is on par with Specs. Support a local business before getting black out drunk.
