Richman's Ice Cream & Burger

Came here for soft serve ice cream. Paid almost $8 for a large vanilla soft serve in a cup with rainbow sprinkles. The serving size was pathetic. Barely any sprinkles. Why did I spend an extra dollar for less than a tablespoon of sprinkles? My husband ordered a small vanilla soft serve and he got just as much ice cream as I did. I don't think these kids know how to measure ice cream servings. Way overpriced. I might come back to try the burgers and fries, though that seems a bit overpriced too. We'll see.

We got the Mango Gelati, it's the best we had so far. Unlike Rita's, Richman's was less sweet, which both my husband and I liked about it! The soft serve was creamy and soft, everything is well combined!

Stopped by today for two sundaes and two scoops for kids. In the middle of my sundae a glob of hair. More than 3 strands. Never again. I paid 25 bucks and left a tip. Won't be back. Really disgusted just majorly pissed the hell off. I hadn't been here in over a year. I will not be back.

If you are coming for the ice cream, it will do. Any other kind of food will take an extremely long time. We ordered ice cream and french fries ate our ice cream and then waited an additional 20 minutes just for the french fries to be made and didn't really taste that nice.

I paid $30 for a double burger meal and milkshake which was good, however they forgot to give me my drink with my burger meal

A nice place to get ice cream and food but be ready to feel pressured by the young staff for a tip as they shake the giant tip jar and hand you a receipt to put a tip.

Very friendly people and outstanding ice cream.In addition to the ice cream we got an order of fries with chili topping. The fries are perfect texture, extremely crisp. I would have liked them more salty. The chili I was not a fan of but I think that is more a subjective thing, it is extremely smooth and I like mine chunkier more textured.

The only complaint I have is that we were here at 7pm and the sign says the close the grill at 8, but we still couldn't order grilled food. Other than that, it was delicious!

I went today after driving by this place five days a week for the past three weeks. First off the girl was not pleasant at all, and secondly, I asked for a medium cone with rainbow sprinkles. She came back to me with a cup of half melted ice cream, stating that their soft serve was very soft so she put it in a cup instead, paying seven dollars I should've just told her to give me my money back I was driving, so this was not convenient at all , but the ice cream was extremely soft almost melted. The sprinkles were so lumped up, which tells me instead of using a spoon or a cup to pour over the ice cream or even in the cup at this point, there's cross contamination with the ice cream sitting with melted ice cream and getting hard as it dries up very unsanitary completely disappointed after driving by so many days and wanting to stop. Finally gave in and it was a complete disappointment. I would not go back again.

So much potential and we love it for what it is but mostly high school age kids run it and last 4 times we've gone they messed up our order (and a couple times they even read the order back to us to confirm, just a couple of sandwiches/milkshakes for 2 people). Sandwiches and ice cream are really good.
