The customer service here is top notch. They listened to what I was looking for and gave great recommendations that I will be trying. The selection here isn't as big in variety as others, but the attention they give you in making you feel like a valuable customer makes up for it greatly. I will be back.

With all the hustle and bustle with tropical storm Harvey...I decided to try other options. The Kroger next door was completely out of water. So what do I see this guy coming out if the liquor store with packs of water. I decide to make a run for it and grab what I could. The gentleman opened the door for me and greeted me with the best smile. He asked how he could assist and I told him I needed water. He grabbed the pack even offered to carry the little measly pack but I declined , not wanting him to go out in this TX heat. This place is mighty nice, I only came for water but ill definitely be back! You guys are awesome!

Johnathan and Russ are the nicest guys I've ever met! Their store didn't carry a certain tequila I wanted so they went out of their way to find it somewhere else and transfer it in just so I could buy a bottle. Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable!

The owner of this place is very friendly. I was looking for a sweet wine and he had more knowledge than I knew. Although I did not buy anything the staff was more than accommodating. They will even put the wine in the fridge for you if you call ahead of time!

I live a couple minutes away but had never been here before - I usually buy wine and beer at Kroger or HEB, and liquor at the place on Fountain View or James' on Westheimer. I went here for the first time on Saturday right before closing, and I really liked it. Big, clean, prices are very reasonable, excellent selection of everything, and the people at the counter were very friendly. They have a really big selection of beers as well in the refrigerated section. I think the prices for normal beers like Modelo, Corona, Coors etc. were a bit high. The other two liquor stores I mentioned do not have a good selection of beers.Parking was easy, right in front. Although that parking lot can get congested when Kroger is busy. In general I very much liked this place and plan to go back the next time we need to buy liquor or wine. On beer, I will probably stick to the grocery stores.

Terrible customer service! Went there on a Wednesday afternoon, the only guy working there didn't know much about any vodkas, let alone anything about wine. And he doesn't like getting questions, walks away when you're talking to him. Never any help, never a smile. I said you know whatever no biggie, so I went there a second time few weeks later, again on Wednesday afternoon, and of course, same guy. This time he was carrying a box and bumped into me crushing me against a stand of wines. He started yelling, saying if anything is broken I must pay. I said excuse me, are you going to apologize for running into me? He did the getting real close into my face pointing his finger into my nose thing. I actually got frightened and and I told him this is horrible customer service and that I will report him, and then he accused me of cursing (WHat?!) I learned the owner's name is Julio Especs, so if Mr. Especs doesn't take action, I will be reporting to BBB.

A friend and I stopped by the other evening since it was on our way and we were pleasantly surprised by the AWESOME service! Mick the manager was super friendly and helpful since we stepped in the door.Mick was very knowledgeable and took the stress away from deciding on what wine to choose from the many wonderful options in their store. All we had to do was tell him what we were in the mood for and our price range and he narrowed down and suggested some really good options.Turns out Richard's is a subsidiary or something of Spec's so if you have a Spec's membership, you can use your discount here! We will be going to this store more often since the service is A1. I recommend that you visit! No crowds and it's clean and organized with very professional associates!

First time in, just moved close by.Called ahead to check on hours, Phone call was very friendly and pleasant,Walked in and was greeted by both employees.Was helped with exactly what I needed to find.5star service and decent prices for the area.Will be a regular here

Came here cause we saw the open sign on. It was not actually open...lights are on, open sign on...but no one was there. So upsetting. Update: came back to give them another try and the guy apologized for the sign situation. But really I should have checked the times. The staff is so nice and helpful. They walk through with you if you need help finding something or picking out something. They are very knowledgeable. The selection isn't the biggest but it's a smaller space. They are also now apart of Spec's apparently.

Mick and Russel are the best! They know their stuff and go the extra mile. I was in the area by chance, but will now make it a point to come here purposefully. Thanks so much, guys!!
