Great customer service and friendly ,was looking for a gift for my friend ,she help and suggested cigars and beautiful liquor glass that is a cigar holder at the same time ,really great gift for a male friend .

Staff have a weird vibe here. And the beer selection is skimp. Seems like such a central location too, shame.

5 star customer service...I had bought 2 cases of mini sparkling from Richard's... the event was canceled due to Hurricane Harvey, and I was not sure when/if I would be able to use the bottles in the future. I did not have the receipt, but the manager on duty went out of his way to confirm the purchase with the employee who I had bought them from a week prior. He processed a complete refund.The wine selection is also really nice here, it is not as crowded at Specs, and the staff is always willing to help without being overly pushy in recommending high end selections.

I can't say enough great things about this location. It is managed by a really nice guy named Norberto (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) and all of the associates there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Scott is my go-to guy for suggestions on wine (both whites and reds!) and has managed to somehow be able to even get the hardest and pickiest of wine drinkers to love his suggestions (my wife). The store is extremely clean, everything is organized, and since they are owned by Specs (I believe they are) they give you a discount if you pay with cash. Also, on certain wines, you save money through their "Pick 6" deal if you select 6 eligible bottles for the reduced price since you are purchasing in bulk.Go to the store and ask to speak with Norberto - he's awesome and one of the reasons I continue giving Richard's my business. Wonderful place and great staff.

Me and my friends usually swing by Richard's every time we're at Taco Milagro and looking to add another bottle of liquor to our collection. Every time we come around, this place is pretty much almost empty. It has barely any customers in it and they probably only have like two or three people working. I'm not sure why Richard's is not as popular as Spec's. Is it the price? Maybe. But honestly, I don't really remember the prices of the different liquors that I buy. Vodka, Scotch, or whatever. If there is a difference, it's probably within $5 range, so no biggie, I guess? Or maybe it's because spec's offer "cash" prices and sometimes offer discounts on certain products? Who knows?As I mentioned above, they probably only have only two or three people working in the store, but since they don't have as many customers, they're still super friendly and helpful. Usually my friend always ends up chatting up the manager or whoever's working behind the counter about liquor stuff. Nice people, great selections, convenient. Why not?

This is a very nice liquor and fine wines store. This store offers many different wines and liquor choices. There were wonderful music selections playing in the store. This store is so much than just a place to purchase drinks or wine from. You can also purchase gift bags, greeting cards, and gourmet foods. They also have tasting events for customers. Prices are reasonable. It's very nice and I love the setup throughout the store.

This location has a large variety of products. The staff is always nice & friendly they have one security guard that always has a smile on his face willing walk you out to your car.

I only patronized this store once in 2014, and my experience has since been a running joke. I read reviews that the place was very approachable, so my 23 year old self and boyfriend went to to buy some wine. I told the gentleman that i was looking for something less than $30, and that I didn't like the earthly, "dirt-like" taste of many red wines. He responded snidely and condescendingly "at your price point you won't get earthy." We were like okkk then left hah.We thought of the experience again today, which compelled me to write about it! 5 stars for the memories, 1 star for the fact that I never returned

Nice store. I was given a gift card. The givers are required to pay cash for a gift card, but it is redeemed as a credit card. This means Richard's gets about 10% premium with no risk (their price varies based on cash/credit). Since the giver rarely is the redeemer, this is just a money grab. Very unethical. Will not shop there again. Choose to patronize retailers that do not steal when no one is looking.Wish Yelp allowed zero stars.
