Rib Rack

The food was a pretty good option for the holiday weekend. The baby back rib platter was good and filling. The ribs were tender, the Mac and cheese were flavorful, and the corn bread was tasty. I ordered to go and my food was about a 20 minute wait. They have dinning room, but it was very dim and dark inside, like a pub. Overall pretty good. It's not easy finding good bbq in Philly.

I AM DONE! Yes it's Mother's Day, but I don't understand why it should take more than a hour. It was exactly 2 or more hours to get our food. I know we are a party of 8 but still I don't understand why it should take SOO long to get our pickup food. We have order from here in the past and have got everything on time. I'm still waiting for my food OUTSIDE in the cold waiting for ever. I have hungry kids waiting for my food. And if I don't get my money back or half off I'm going to actually lose my mind. And if anyone else has the same experience please tell me. And if my food comes out cold you will be hearing from my attorney. This is horrible service. To let you know timing wise order-5:24 I'm still waiting and it's 8:13 absolutely Trash. If you were planning to order order in probably 1000 days In advance.

I will never order wings from anywhere else. On Super Bowl Sunday, the service was still a well oiled machine.

Well, the ribs are really outstanding. My first time there. The place is not very well lit. Not sure why that is.The service was great, the corn muffins were delicious, and again, the ribs were really plentiful and wonderfully cooked. Very generous portions, too.They no longer serve beer and wine. It's now a BYOB.

I've been to Rib Rack a few times and somehow they slipped through the cracks of my reviews. Issa no for me. My biggest issue: why is it dark and cold in there 25/8? There's no way I can see my fork to poke at my food if it's zero dark thirty up in the dining area.Let's get down to the food. It IS called the Rib Rack and they do come through with the ribs. Now everything else? No seasoning especially the chicken AND they douse it in BBQ sauce. But I guess it's not called the chicken rack for a reason. I wanna LOVE the rib rack but give me some lights, some seasoning, a lil heat and we can make this work.

I'd highly suggest you talk to your employees who answer the phone to get rid of their attitude. Yes, your food is good but that isn't going to help your business. I could and will find another rib place.

Rib Rack has been a Philly staple forever. You can't go wrong with the wings but this time I ordered baby back ribs with fries, onion rings, coleslaw and cornbread. It was delicious and enough for two meals. I also took home a pack of cornbread muffins because they are delicious. Our service was on point. It's a little dark inside so you need time for your eyes to adjust. It was super clean. I noticed that there were lots of people picking up to go orders.

We ordered a huge order for Super Bowl Sunday. Called same day, and everything came out perfectly. The order was right, the food was incredibly great, as always, and the staff was on point to make sure that things moved quickly for pick up.They are a Northeast Philly staple, and continue to keep that a true statement .

Rib Rack is a North East Philadelphia institution. Their food has been consistently impeccable for decades. Yes, it's dark in the restaurant but it's part of its old school charm. If you want fall off the bone, char grilled meat, this is the place. Also, their buffalo wings are dabomb.com.
