I don't know how I never heard of this place before, but I'm so grateful that I did today. I was searching for breakfast spots in ATL, and this place came up.. the ratings were amazing, plus I'm trying to transition to plant based lifestyle..Once you walk in the doors it's almost like you forgot that you just parked in a gas station lot, cause it's so welcoming and beautiful inside. Real greenery, crystals, fresh herbs for tea.. the vibes are there! We ordered the Royale Deluxe and the Lobster sandwich, and both were delicious! The owner was very pleasant and offered us great suggestions. We also had a blueberry muffin that had the perfect crispy edges! Omgg!! Oh, and 2 Ethiopian iced coffees- a bit watery but refreshing if that makes sense.Overall it was such a beautiful restaurant with amazing flavors, and very polite staff. I love that it is a black family owned business, so I will definitely be back to try more!

This was my first time and will be my last time patronizing this Black owned business. STRIKE 1 - This hole in the wall next to a gas station did not have the proper ingredients to make a smoothie at 12:55pm well beyond their opening time. STRIKE 2 - I was the only individual in the restaurant when I ordered a Kale Salad. STRIKE 3 - After patiently waiting 45 minutes I was informed by the female attendant she gave my kale salad to the wrong customer who ordered in person about 15 minutes after me. Then the customer sat there munching on the kale salad stated "And It's Good Too" I politely requested a full refund and immediately left and won't go back cause this place demonstrates they don't value my time, money and me as a paying customer with the same skin color as them. I have traveled throughout this world and I understand how various cultures operate when dealing with time and events; however here in the US we believe in respecting customers' time and money.

Don't let the location next to a gas station turn you away, as this Vegan gem of an eatery is everything. Royal Health World aka RHW highlights Plant-Based offerings, yet everything here is Vegan-friendly. The varied menu offers hot & cold sandwiches/wraps, salads, soups, all-day breakfast items & Friday Specials. The refreshing beverages include lemonades, pressed Juices, Smoothies, Teas, Sea Moss, Sorrel, Ethiopian Coffee. Our Order: *Tunah Melt - chickpea tunah, cheddar, pickled onion & dill aioli on a Ciabatta bread. 4 stars - creatively delicious. *Basil Avo & Veggie - roma tomato, red onion, cucumber, avocado, sprouts, purple cabbage, romaine lettuce & basil pesto on Sourdough bread. 3 stars due to the bread being slightly stale & hard. *Spicy T Rolls - chickpea tunah, purple cabbage, cucumber, sprouts, avocado wrapped in seaweed & spicy chipotle sauce. 4 Stars due to the concept & taste. *Fresh Ginger Tea & Watermelon (freshly pressed) Juice. 5 stars for all things refreshing. The food is creatively delicious with the perfect balance of spices & sauces. The price point balances out the raw & healthy approach of freshly made Vegan food. Aside from food, RHW offers health and wellness, immune booster & metaphysical products - crystals, gemstones, sage, oils, jewelry, artwork & candles. Honoring RHW & its mission is to create & promote holistic Vegan offerings.

I was having a busy work day and had a short time to grab some food. I wanted something different so decided to try this place. It did not disappoint. I ordered the classic Reuben, chips and queso and a watermelon water. I door dashed my order and picked it up. The staff was friendly and greeted me the moment I stepped in. As for the food.....Everything was absolutely delicious. I am not vegan but it was delish so I will definitely be back to try some more items. Happy to have found this place.

RHW serves food and has tea and other items for purchase. It's convenient, they are located right of off 20 and have free parking, although there are limited spots since there are other businesses in the shopping center. On this visit my friend and I shared a truffle lobsta sandwich on rosemary focaccia for $17, TunaH Melt on sourdough for $16, tortilla chips with queso and tortilla chips with guacamole were added on to each sandwich at no additional charge. Two cinnamon sorrel drinks at $6. The service was great! The place was clean but very warm for a hot Spring day. The tables are all high top and not very comfortable so I probably would get my meal to go next time. The food was made to order and everything tasted very fresh. The Lobsta had a light and fresh taste but in my personal opinion was missing a spice. It was good but not amazing. Now on the other hand the TunaH Melt was out of this world Amazing, I can't wait to visit again and place an order for this sandwich. The cinnamon sorrel had too much cinnamon that did not make the juice enjoyable to drink. The queso and quac were both delicious but a very small portion. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and plan on returning to try additional items. Even if you're not a vegan you'll enjoy the food here.

I love their sea moss drinks and their sandwiches!!! Before I became pescatarian I was a sandwich connoisseur. I don't always want fish, so I'm happy I found this spot. I will continue to return and try new items on the menu. The nacho cheese and guacamole are delicious too.

You know the food is AMAZING when you struggle to remember to take photos for your Yelp review! My wife and I have visited this restaurant twice this week and have loved everything we ate! We've eaten the Turky Club, the Ruben Sandwich, the Nori Wrap and the Super Philly sandwiches. Out of all, we enjoyed the Ruben the most, you will not be disappointed! The customer service was very nice and helpful when it came to us picking out our food the first time. The ambience gave Black Health and Wellness and we were loving every second. The owner informed us of his experience as a herbalist and mentioned working on including an apothecary within the restaurant for customers to shop. If you're plant-based and looking for a great family owned sandwich

From the moment I stepped into this charming establishment, I knew I was in for a treat, and oh, was I right! Absolutely delicious--a must-try!!!! I had the pleasure of indulging in the truffle lobster and have been back a few times to enjoy both the lobster and the Philly cheesesteak (available only on Fridays). Each dish was a symphony of flavors that danced delightfully on the palate, each bite a testament to the chef's skill and creativity, blending traditional flavors with a vegan twist that left me both satisfied and eager for more. The vegan nachos are another highlight. Each nacho delivered a perfect bite of crunch and savory goodness; truly, chef's kiss. It's not just the food that makes this place special, though. It's heartening and inspiring to support a black-owned business that excels at every level, from the quality of their ingredients to the warmth of their service.Adding to the diverse culinary experience, the restaurant also offers a selection of various teas, sea moss, and a variety of crystals--all elements that cater to well-being and holistic living. These offerings align with a lifestyle focused on health and mindfulness, available for purchase to extend the nourishing experience beyond the meal.I am beyond thrilled to have discovered this gem and will definitely be a regular here. This restaurant doesn't just nourish your body but also rejuvenates your spirit. Whether you're a long-time vegan or just curious about plant-based cuisine, this place is a vibrant celebration of flavor that you won't want to miss.
