We finally made it here. After many people have recommended us come check it out. Pozole is so delicious, haven't found a good Pozole and can't wait to come back and try menudo. Had a taco(carne Asada) and it was the perfect street taco. So good. Then came the flautas. Chicken was so good on the inside and perfectly crisps! 10/10 recommend! The place is small so not great for big parties but definitely take it to your party. Service is great. When you order she made sure to check if we needed a drink. My fiancé got a beer so he was so happy.

We generally just have the breakfast tacos & they are always spot on! Chorizo, sausage, bacon, potato - any of those with egg on flour are great. Service is quick & it's a comfortable place to sit an enjoy a meal.

The breakfast tacos here were the best I've tried in North Houston! The service was good, good pricing and amazing red/ green salsa. The bacon/ chorizo were high quality and the potato's, onions and jalepenos were fresh. Will definitely be returning!

They now close at 3pm, with no notice. We got there (hours on the door still remain saying they close at 8pm) at 3pm and a lady told us she was closing already.It was very annoying to not see any notice of this anywhere, not even on their door. Her letting us know outside the restaurant, seemed unexpected because it didn't even feel official. We drove several miles to go there, we hadn't been there in a long time because it is far. This time I decided I would give it a try. To have a taqueria close at 3pm sounds ridiculous to me! Maybe food is not that good, and maybe they don't have enough customers to justify keeping the restaurant open in the afternoon. I don't think I would come back here!

Ahhhh. I do enjoy Red Salsa Tacos when it's good. Let me explain. The food is fresh, so it takes time. The taquitos are delicious, as well as their chips & salsa. My family and I order breakfast tacos from them from time to time. I used to order every weekend, but then there was inconsistencies. Sometimes the potatoes would be half cooked. Other times there'd be egg shells in my taco. It's really hit or miss, but I do keep giving them a try. What can I say, I love breakfast tacos. Location is small and parking is limited. Staff are not friendly. Whether in person or via phone. Many times if calling to place an order ahead of time, you have to call several times because they don't answer. When they do answer, they respond as though you're bothering them.

I've been going to red salsa taco since I was in high school great tacos although I do know a taco spot that sells tacos For $1, if I'm near red salsa, I will buy their Barbacoa or pastor tacos. Great flavor. I really love the red and green sauce lately. They haven't been answering the phone though I don't know what that's about.
