This quality of the food at this location used to be great. When the movie theater was brand new, this Red Robin opened right along with it and it was great -- maybe one of the best I've been to. The servers were hip and friendly, the decor was funky and cute... it was a great time. Over the last few years they've begun to slide backwards little by little, year by year -- and now in January 2024, their slide into AWFUL is complete. First the food -- Red Robin used to be a gourmet burger experience. In 2024 they've fully entered their cafeteria food phase: the burger buns are cold and nearly stale, their lettuce smells funny and they use too much of it. I love a medium steak, but ground beef should be well done -- I always order my burger well done -- good luck with that request at this location. My burger was pink and my stomach began to feel upset before I even got back to my car. Same goes for the fries -- a simple request for well done fries was ignored too. It's like the kitchen cares more about getting the food out FAST instead of it being RIGHT.The service sucks now too. Ever since the pandemic, Red Robin embraced the little tabletop computer for checkout. Well now it's become a crutch -- good luck ever seeing your server again once you get your undercooked and rushed food.The decor is stale here now too. The bottles in the bar area was cool when it was brand new. Now it's dusty and tired. The Star Wars and movie related posters were fun -- now they just look outdated -- like visiting a friend that never grew up. As the final straw, the manager at this Red Robin would always walk the floor and ask customers how their experience was. That still happens, except on my last visit the manager didn't engage with me at all when I said my experience wasn't up to par. Dude just walked away. Maybe he didn't hear me, maybe he just didn't care. Bottom line? We're done with this place. I would take my nephew and sister here for a burger after a movie whenever I was in town. Fact is, we can get a better hamburger at LOTS of places now. $16 for an undercooked shadow of what it used to be is a slap in the face. I hope this location closes so I never have to see it again. Fast food is better than this crap. Save your time and your money and go to Whataburger right down the street.

Upon walking in we were greeted so kindly and seated! Everyone had cheerful faces! We were greeted by our waitress Shannon she was above and beyond amazing! So courteous! She reviewed the menu with us and checked on us periodically! Shannon has great customer service skills! The ambiance is nice! Seats are comfortable! The restaurant setup i definitely like. You can watch tv, sit at the bar, or at a regular table. The music playing and decor is eye popping! The food was just ok! Our appetizer which was wings I would rate a 8 out of 10! I enjoyed the chips with wings and the flavor was good! Our main courses " the burgers" were fresh but it had no taste! Like no seasoning! We were craving burgers but it just had no taste! Like we had to use a lot of extra seasoning! This restaurant is in a shared parking lot. Ev charging stations are near the movie theater but not at restaurant. I'll definitely return but I'll just be hoping for a more flavorful meal.

Dropped in for a late afternoon burger with wife, son, and d-I-l. Wife and I shared a Blue Cheese Burger which was 'interesting'. The burger patty itself was excellent. The blue cheese was sparse and rather than lettuce leafs it seemed to have a slaw on top. Very different and not to my taste. Disappointing in general. I didn't take a photo as it would have been even more disappointing. The good news is that service was prompt, drinks served quickly and our burger and fries also came fast.

Okay where do I start. First the place was spotless clean from the tables to the floors and in a lot of these major establishments you run into dirty dishes, not at this location. The service was absolutely phenomenal we were also greeted by the manager. The food was absolutely delicious from the fresh avocado to the crisp and ripe tomatoes used. Definitely will be returning!

I used to love Red Robin. Either this is a bad location or the chain has gone really downhill. The host wasn't friendly. The staff never came back for a water refill. And the lettuce, tomato, jalapeños and meat tasted "not so fresh"The onion rings were good. The lack of customer service by the staff was disappointing. I almost never post a review unless it's positive. Tonight, I made an exception. Been through with my meal for 10 minutes. Still no water refill or check.

Today I used Red Robin on Kuykendahl in Spring, TX for a business lunch. I ordered the night before, online, and it was really easy. It was easy to get a burger bar, customized to what the people wanted AND add two individual entrees. That is not often easy. Thanks, Red.Now the food... Got to the office and the order was perfect. No mess ups. They had the box for the burger bar, and a box with condiments. I will try to remember them all... lettuce, tomatoes, fresh jalapenos, onions, fried onion, smashed avacados, mushrooms, bacon, and 3 sauces - Teriyaki, barbeque and chipotle. YUM!! When I went to pick them up I was early. The manager came to the door to unlock and saw there and waved me in!! What an experience. They are great and the whole group loved their food. Service was good. Our service was attentive and thorough. $6 house margs weren't bad (kinda weak) but won't complain. The food is normally good. I decided to try toe turkey burger and it's a miss. It's not fresh. I think it's a frozen patty bc it contained a lot of water and the texture was weird . Beef burgers and salad are always tasty. I'll return but I will never order a turkey burger again.

We enjoyed a delicious Mad Love Burger and Fish and Chips. Fish and chips given my husband's Brit deal of approval! Friendly atmosphere, food was prepared timely and hot! Our waiter, Logan, was cheerful and helpful, and attentive!!!We will have to remember Wednesday's deal with our granddaughters-buy one full meal and 50% off on up to 4 meals for kids!
