We visited on Veterans Day as they were offering a free meal for Veterans. My husband gifted them a decent size burger and fries. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. It was fairly crowded with a short wait, but that was most likely due to the free meal offer. The dining room was clean and has a great vibe. Our server, while friendly, did not check in on us after our orders. Our bottomless were never refilled, he forgot to bring back our drink refills, we had had to ask multiple times for to go boxes. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt due to the business and the fact that they were all super friendly.

I appreciate what they do for vets in Veteran's Day here. The hostess was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. The food was good, but $16 was a little much for an average size burger. Our waiter would only do anything for us if we waived him down and really seemed disinterested in working today. Overall our experience was ok and in the future I'll probably go elsewhere.

They had a special menu that is only good for a short time so, of course, I had to try it. Tsunami shrimp was not bad at all. Definitely a large serving. Very flavorful and crunchy.

Haven't been here is a while & decided to go today. Got the Avo-Cobb-o salad which would have been great if they didn't use bag salad. Why restaurants use bag salad is beyond me. It has a certain taste & no restaurant should ever use it imo. Definitely disappointed in the quality.

Came here on Good Friday to enjoy their impossible burgers! It was my first time and I was pretty excited we could select an impossible patty for any of their gourmet signature burgers! Everything started off great and we were seated promptly upon arrival. The servers came out and one was in training so we were pretty understanding and patient. He got our drinks ordered and gave us a few mins to decide. Came back in time for us to order our food. Food came out promptly as well as exactly what we ordered. I had the sautéed shroom burger which was fairly bland to me. Shrooms lacked flavor and could have used a bit of salt and butter during the sautéing process... hubs got the cheeseburger. Nothing spectacular. Garlic fries could have been fried a little longer. Onion rings was great and I wish I ordered that instead of garlic fries. Pretzel bites with beer cheese was excellent, however I wished they had informed it was a .99 charge for another beer cheese before ordering another. We were interrupted twice and asked if they could take anything away for us. Clearly we were still working on our meals so there was absolutely nothing to take away. The second time the server came around to ask to take something away, my husband reached over to hand him an empty plate and he knocked over his beverage that took awhile to be refilled. I just don't understand why they can't just wait for us to leave to take our plates! Before the drink spillage, my husband had asked for a refill on his tea and more beer cheese, the girl and guy in training said sure but forgot. I saw them in a corner just hanging out and definitely knew they forgot. They came back later with the beer cheese and took about 10 mins where we pretty much finished most of our food. My husband asked for his drink and they were like "oh yeah!" Not sure how two people could both forget... Might be awhile until I give this place another try. But not so happy with my first experience so far.

Fish and chips just like in port Douglas, down under. Fish sandwich uses same fish and is more than enough for lunch.

So the wifey and I were heading out to meet up with my boys and we ended up at Red Robin. I'm a mushroom lover, so I had to try the sautéed mushroom burger, with some garlic fries. I ordered it no pink but it came out extremely dry and the corners of the burger were burnt. So needless to say the burger itself didn't tastes good. Top that off with the small size of the burger and not a lot of mushrooms, I definitely wasn't saying "Yum" after eating it. Side note, the fries and honey mustard poppy seed dressing was really good. Maybe they should change from a gourmet burger place to a gourmet fries place? Sometimes you just gotta focus on what your good at.

Oh wow! This is the first time I've been in a Red Robin in my life! The burger was very good, and our server was very nice. I loved the little chalkboard for the kids at the front. Overall a very good experience.

For the 249 locations this was my first visit. The service started out a bit sloppy but eventually they righted the ship. I mean, it's Red Robin cheeseburgers which are really good depending on the kind of burger you order. The fries are always okay. The cleanliness of the restaurant itself was good. I would return if I'm in the mood for a burger.

My girl said that she got raw fries and that the water tasted weird . Probably was tap water .the service was alr nothing big and good ambience .Bacon Cheeseburger, now my father in law has a bad stomachache.
