Red Dragon Chinese Restaurant

Classic Chinese retaurant. Friendly staff. Restaurant felt and looked clean but dated interior. Food was served fresh and hot. We enjoyed the chicken fried rice and sweet / sour chicken.

Had a really good experience here. I've wanted to come for some time but it's a distance from the house. The manager was friendly and very attentive. All our food came out fresh and at a decent time. They look like they do a huge door dash and Togo business.

I wanted to really really like this place. My bride has bragged on it since she used to work in the area and visit for lunches during the week and how it used to be hard to get a table here. Red Dragon had changed hands, however, since she worked in the area.The "OPEN" sign was not lit up, so I was not sure the place was even open for lunch when we arrived. The hours posted on the door indicated they were open so I tried the door handle and sure enough, it was not locked. For a Friday afternoon, it looked like business was slow.There did not appear to be a host/hostess on duty when we came in, so we waited at the door for a few minutes until someone appeared from the back to seat us.We were given lunch special menus when we were seated. I was hoping to see the full menu, but after looking at the lunch specials I felt like I knew what I would like.The Hot Braised Shrimp turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. I was expecting spicy - something to make me sweat and set my mouth on fire. It was not, and it was on the bland side. I ate about half the meal and left the rest, I wasn't interested in taking the leftovers home.Our server was definitely on top of things, visiting the table to make sure we were okay, our drinks were refilled and what not. The food came out pretty quickly from the time we ordered it.With the parking situation the way it is, and being underwhelmed by the food, it's unlikely I would revisit Red Dragon.

The food quality has gotten too bad to even consider anymore. KOI closed its doors and Red Dragon will definitely not replace it, maybe they can hire that chef?Oh, it was also $98 for 4 entrees, an app and rice which is a total ripoff given the quality and portions.

For takeout Chinese, the food and service are fine. We ordered take out for a pre-Christmas dinner with friends and everyone like the dishes. The star of the show was the Singaporean curry rice noodles!

I ordered Crab Rangoon and there was nothing but cream cheese in the Rangoon. When I called, I was told the manager was on the phone and he would call me back but added that there should be Imitation Crab, onions, scallions and cream cheese in the Rangoon. When the manager called, he said it was just cream cheese and nothing else. I asked why they are called Crab Rangoons and he didn't have an answer.

The food was very bland . The only thing that was great about the place was the cleanliness and order timing. They get the food to you very fast. I ordered gen tso chicken with house fried rice w / 2 egg rolls and my 5 year old son got sesame chicken with regular fried rice. I took a bite of chicken and I was chewing and chewing and chewing.card board with sauce on it .... Very dry very very tasteless. No meat... the rice had little to no vegetables in it very plain and mushy.the egg rolls weren't fresh the insides seemed mushy as well. This was a pregnancy craving I had an option of seafood but I picked this place because it was closer. I'm so sad because I haven't eaten in days due to excessive nausea and vomiting this was my first day that I could actually eat something without throwing up and this happens I'm so so so sad . Starving isn't even the word .

About every 6 months, I forget how bad the food is here and come back because it is so convenient to where I live. Nothings changed. Still bland, mush. Why it's difficult to fry chicken and not have it be tasteless, mushy crap is beyond me. I'm going to try again to never come back here.

Small and quaint. Great service and very quick too. Wish they would sub fried rice or noodles for white rice but food was plentiful and very good. Better than take out for sure.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I haven't been here in years, last time I was here the food wasn't good, but I decided to give it another try. This time I didn't even get my food, I was dining in, ordered my food, sat there for close to 30 minutes without my food, the server didn't one time come to check on me! As I sit there watching people that came in after me receive their food, I decide to get up walk to the back to see what's going on...the waiter says to me, "Oh, I'm busy, I'll put it in now", he hadn't even put my order in!!! Long story short, he wouldn't get the manager & one of the other waitress came & said to me "he's working on it now, he was busy"!! I walked out & will not return!!!
