This is the best kept secret fun liquor store in the area , it's set up with lots of fun drink menu ideas and the store is Super neat and the owner always changes out his decors for the seasons alway set up on cool idea looking displays

Excellent. That sums it up. Excellent. Store pick whiskeys. Obscure spirits. Incredible knowledge of everything. I was there buying bourbon and the owner goes on and on about all the different whiskies they have. Before me, he was telling a couple about all of these different Schnapses and flavored booze, and they were just a couple people looking to party and get drunk. He is so friendly and helpful. GO THERE! The heck with Soecs!

North Houston's best liquor store is in flying under the radar at West Rayford near Kuykendahl. Don't let the bland exterior fool you, Rayford Liquor has the best, most diverse selection of bourbon, whiskey, and rum I have ever seen. The owner runs the store himself and has deep knowledge of where each bottle comes from, how it was made, and what makes it stand out from the others. In many cases he works with distilleries to sample and select specific barrels for his customers. For those of us in the neighborhood, this is an amazing new addition. For everyone else, it is worth the trip.
