Rang Coffee

I recently visited this place, and I had a wonderful experience. I was impressed by the vibe and decorations as soon as I walked into the shop. The staff was extremely kind. They were patient with me as I struggled a bit with the menu, but they made my order less overwhelming.I tried the Rang Bac Xiu with salted cold foam and it was delicious. I also tried their iced matcha latte with matcha cold foam and it was amazing. The matcha flavor was not overwhelming which is perfectI highly recommend this place if you want a new coffee experience or a place to study/work

So excited to see a new Vietnamese cafe in Sugar Land! The place is super aesthetic and lots of spacious options to study or catch up with a friend, there are plenty of tables and a couch for working as well. There are plenty of outlets and power surges for your electronics. The wifi was nice too! The staff was super friendly and helpful to ordering and making sure your needs are accommodated! We got the matcha rouge euphoria, which was super aesthetic for photos and was yummy and sweet! We also had the iced chai latte with almond milk, I would've liked more chai than milk in there, but they were really accommodating and modified it for me! Would definitely come back to try their pastries!

Rang is a fun new Vietnamese coffee spot in sugar land!! It's great for both hangouts and studying, with a couple of spacious tables and comfortable seating. In terms of drinks, I really like their sea salt foam viet coffee. It's light, fresh, good espresso flavor, and the salted cream on top really ties the drink together. The strawberry matcha is also a delightful drink for anyone that doesn't do coffee!! I also tried one of their vietnamese baos and it was so delicious as well. The bao has half an egg, some asian sausages, and a hefty amount of meat. They are actually made by the owner's aunt, so that adds a nice personal touch to it. Overall, I really like Rang and will definitely be back!

Another coffee shop review in a long list of coffee shop reviews I've been putting off. I came to Rang (Roasted) Coffee during their soft opening. I'm very excited to see a Vietnamese coffee shop open up in Sugar Land! I like the vibe here. I came during lunch and it was pretty busy. It still had the chill vibe of a coffee shop study spot albeit the hip hop jamming from the speaker which is right up my alley. The decorations in the shop are cool and it has a modern vibe. I ordered a few drinks while there to try some out. First I ordered the Rang Super Sữa Đá. It was good. It's like a ca phê sữa đá but stronger. I didn't notice a huge difference in taste but it wasn't bad at all. It's also not on the menu, so you may have to ask for it specifically if they do not mention it to you.Their version of ca phê muối , the Rang salted cold foam was okay. I thought compared to some I've had in Bellaire/Alief it was a bit light.It was good but not great. The Matcha Rouge Euphoria was a bit light on the matcha for my taste and the strawberry flavor which was very sweet overpowered the drink for me, even after mixing thoroughly. I like the idea but the balance was off in the execution.I did really like the butter croissant. It tasted great. At $3 per croissant, I'm not sure I'd order another however when I could go by very closely and grab a bành mì for $6. It did taste good though.With the lack of Vietnamese coffee shops in the area, it's exciting to see one open up. If you have time to go to Bellaire/Alief you may find more traditional and established coffee shops with a more authentic selection but Rang will make a name for itself in Sugar Land. It is definitely catering to a younger demographic and thus may be not everyone's cup of coffee but it will definitely stand out as a modern take on Vietnamese coffee.I'll return soon just because I enjoyed the vibe, it's close by and convenient and it's unique for the area. Easy to find, plenty of parking, awesome indoor seating, great service and a nice menu selection.I tried all four croissant and the best one is Almond (5/5). I was excited to try the goat cheese one but that was a disappointment. The butter and chocolate (3/5) decent.This is the main reason why my rating for this place is low, I got the "Rang sea salt foam". Literally one shot of espresso w/ foam for $6.5 (before tax) definitely not worth it. You can get it cheaper at Starbucks. Overall, decent coffee shop. I would come back for the almond croissant. I will try the Viet Iced Coffee next time and will have an updated review to see if it'll make my top list of coffee in sugarland area.

There are limited aesthetically pleasing coffee spots in Sugar Land, so when I learned about the opening of Rang, I was thrilled! The ambiance inside the shop is relaxed, with ample open seating. They specialize in Vietnamese coffee, offering specific recommendations for special lattes and pastries.I tried their Rosetta cloud mocha, Thai tea with house foam, and dark forest, a blend of blackberry and mocha latte. While the drinks were generally tasty, some sips did carry a hint of burnt espresso.The service at Rang is excellent--friendly and welcoming. However, it's worth noting that there's a service charge for transactions under $10, and they don't accept cash. Given that they're a new business, I hope they consider adding a cash option or removing the service fee, as not every visit will exceed $10.Do try it out!

Rang is a Vietnamese coffee shop located in Sugarland and offers a variety of drinks and baked goods. I ordered the Rang Cafe Sua Da, Rang Bac Xiu, Rang Salted Cold Foam, and Matcha Rouge Euphoria. The Rang Cafe Sua Da and Rang Salted Cold Foam were darker than the rest like most Vietnamese coffees, and the salted foam was my favorite. However, compared to the rest of the drinks, there is less of the Viet coffees, and they are filled to about 4/5 of the cup, probably because of how much stronger it is. The Rang Bac Xiu is like a latte with more milk and was another one of my favorites. The Matcha Rouge Euphoria was like a matcha latte with strawberry jam/syrup at the bottom of the cup. I recommend getting the matcha foam with the drink to add a more sweeter flavor if you prefer sweeter drinks! They also had a variety of baked goods, such as croissants and Vietnamese banh bao. I got the mini almond croissant, and they heat it up for you! It was delicious! The baristas were really nice, and the interior was also cute! It is a bit small inside, but there are a lot of seatings for groups. Overall, I really enjoyed the vibes and the drinks!

My sisters & I came across this place thru Instagram and decided to try it out today. The sign outside is very small, but if you live in the Sugar Land/Missouri City area, this place is located in between Keeper's sushi & Fitness Connection.The interior is cute and cozy. The lady that helped me was so kind and explained all the speciality coffees in detail, which made ordering a little less overwhelming. The coffee drinks my sisters & I tried were absolutely delicious and had great coffee flavor to it. The mini butter croissant was SO cute & yummy. My favorite was definitely the matchamisu, which was the perfect size and sweet. I definitely recommend trying this coffee place out!

I had the After workout smoothie and it was good. The employees were friendly and it is a cute coffee shop.
