Dinner with friends at Ranalli's and loved my dining experience! Fair prices and portions, as well as a variety to order from the menu - burgers, salads, appetizers, and of course their iconic pizzas. Ordered the largest size and had leftovers, even sharing with two other people. Highly recommend the Hot Honey Sopresseta pizza because it has the savory from the sopresseta but a light sweetness from the hot honey and the cheese. The service was timely, professional, and very kind. This is a casual spot - tv's inside to watch sports, seating outside, and easily a favorite for Chicago recreational sports league players after their games.

Great patio, food, and drinks! We popped in a beautiful summer Sunday and got the famous hot honey pizza, which was delicious. We started with some burrata as well, which was a nice appetizer with some fresh veggies and toast. I also had a ceasar salad, which was tasty as well with hefty croutons. Fun atmosphere and great service too.

My go-to neighborhood pizza spot. During the week, it isn't hard to grab a table or find a seat at the bar. The weekends are another story. Whether you are looking to grab a beer, bar bites, or a giant pizza, Ranalli's is the place to go. You must try their hot honey sopressata pizza, a house favorite. I've also had their deep dish, which is exceptional. It's a huge place with fun music and great food.

First TAW (Thursday After Work) outing was at Ranalli's in Lincoln Park. The first thing I think of when it comes to this place is their hot honey pizza, but I think you'll be surprised by the reviews.... They do have a gluten free option. I didn't partake, so these reviews are the glutenous crusts. "I've had some amazing pizza, in Italy and shit, so I'm biased. I like there's honey on it, but there's not enough on it. I want the Queen bee to drizzle on it. Not the best ricotta I've had in the city." - 5/10"It's good, but yeah nothing incredibly special. It's like someone got Jack's frozen pizza and just put honey and ricotta on it" - 5/10 But we did have one semi redeeming review: "Softie when it comes to spice and it's rly spicy. The ricotta cools it off well. Love pepperoni. A little too spicy. Could use more honey"- 8.5/10The cheese-curds tasted more like breadsticks. The strawberry basil smash cocktail was light refreshing. Not too basily, just the right balance. The cucumber collin was refreshing. Something I would put on my face for nourishment. Airy, doesn't taste like you'll gain a thousand pounds while drinking. A lot of ice, could chug super easily if needed.

Absolutely recommend this place! Only problem I have is deciding if this location is better than their West Loop location... both phenomenal and service was great. The bartender went out of his way to make sure we were hydrated & had plenty to drink. Really appreciate that! We order the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza (of course!), wings, and cheese curds, this combination never seems to disappoint. I want to try something new on the menu, because everytime I try a different side it's delicious BUT I know I'll regret not getting the Hot Honey Soppressata Pepperoni haha tough decision. Thank you Ranalli's for another great time and being one of my fiancés favorite pizza's!Personal Review: 9.1/10

My friend and I came here for lunch. We sat outside on the patio and had a great time! Our waitress, Lauren, was very nice and friendly. We shared the jumbo chicken Tenders as an appetizer. They were plump and crispy. They came with a variety of dipping sauces: Ranch, honey mustard, and bbq. We also shared the 16" hot honey soppressata pizza. The pizza was thin crust. It had whipped ricotta cheese dollops, had a good amount of soppressata, good tasting sauce, and was drizzled with honey. Wow! The pizza was so good. It wasn't too spicy. It had a spice level of pepperoni. I liked the honey and the ricotta on the pizza because it helped bring an extra level of complexity and helped break up the spice from the soppressata. The pizza was so big, we had to take it home in to-go containers.

Love the food and atmosphere! Such a young crowd and lively patio. HOWEVER, the hostesses and waitresses were extremely rude. They gave many dirty looks and were whispering and gossiping the whole time. It was AWFUL. I won't go back because of them unfortunately. I went on 7/8/24 and all the girls working there were very very rude I almost was going to cry. I've also never posted a yelp review in my life, but I just had to come on here and let Ranalli's know.

We got the Ranalli's Special and the Hot Honey Soppressata! Ranalli's Special was good but the Hot Honey was life changing - perfect balance of spicy & sweet, and the whipped ricotta was the cherry on top to balance out the flavors. Will be returning for this pizza specifically! No reservations but we only waited 15 mins to be seated on a Friday night. We sat outside on the cute patio so definitely take advantage of this if there is nice weather. Our waiter/waitress was a little rude and unwelcoming but we didn't wait long for food, so can't complain.

Ordered 2 pizza's from here, last week. They were not good at all. Just flat and with the least amount of cheese they could put on. Haven't had them in years and decided to give them a try. Even my 6 year old grandson wouldn't eat it. Won't be back.
