The Rican Lab

Nice to see a food truck parked outside the Tractor Supply Store, so I stepped right up. You order, they give you a beeper, and when it goes off, your food is ready. The food was good, yes, but I haven't had gas like that after a meal in a long time.A.

Food Truck Time: The Rican Lab at Black Dog Bottle ShopI was excited to try this food truck. My husband and I both ordered the empanada meal (beef and beef/cheese for my husband and beef and pizza for me) with white rice and beans, we also ordered a small side of plantains and a piece of tres leches cake to split. The empanada meal comes with your choice of two empanadas with white rice, white rice and beans or arroz con gandules. You can also order individual empanadas and frozen packs to take home. The empanadas do change and we really enjoyed all of the food.

I've never had Puerto Rican food. Tonight was a first try, and the folks The Rican Lab hit a home run. We tried 3 different entrées and shared them around the table so that everyone in the family got to try everything. The food was great. I really enjoyed the empanadas and the arroz con gandules. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Really authentic Spanish food ! Service is very good. The menu is versatile and very generous with their portions. The whole family will enjoy.
