Tacos Azteca

Today was our first time trying this restaurant and we were very happy with our food! The restaurant was small inside with nice paintings on the wall and alot of natural light. We were able to seat ourselves and got served with complimentary chips and salsa shortly after sitting down. Our waitress was welcoming and brought our food out quickly. The chips were warm and the salsa was delicious! We decided to get the quesabirria along with steak and chicken tacos. The quesabirria was really flavorful and only $11! The tacos came in an order of three with two different spicy salsas to go along with the food. The steak/ chicken tacos (order consists of 4 tacos) were served with sautéed onions alongside. Even though the birria was great I do wish there was a little more meat in each taco as they were mostly cheese and onions instead. The other tacos were good as well and seemed to be more protein packed! Overall our food was very good and we would definitely return here!

Great place! This is a great spot for authentic Mexican food. The tortillas on the tacos are handmade and the guacamole & salsa are freshly made. The aguas frescas are huge and delicious. The agua de Fresa tasted unnatural but the agua de tamarindo was definitely natural. Birria tacos, asada tacos, tripas tacos and al pastor tacos etc. the cubana torta was very yummy! I definitely would return. The staff seemed friendly and answered all our questions respectfully.

Incredible Mexican food at a decent price for Burlington. This reminds me of the food out in Arizona and boy have I missed it.

Great tacos! Nice music in the parking lot but was a little loud for our sensitive folks. friendly staff! The skinny margaritas were excellent.

Definitely a must!! It's a cute little food place right in front of Starbucks on Huffman rd. This Mexican restaurant is more authentic then others I've been to in this area. Love the artwork inside was beautiful unfortunately didn't get any pictures. Food was 5 star, service was amazingly only bad thing I can say is the hot chocolate was not good, it tasted oily and barely any chocolate. But the tres leche cake was LIFE! So good didn't even get a picture. Lol

The food is the star of the show at this authentic Mexican restaurant. I absolutely love their beans, and their house-made salsa features roasted tomatoes and the perfect amount of spice. The hot salsa is delicioso, too! You'll leave with a full belly. Definitely the best Mexican food in the area.

I am Mexican and from Texas so I was looking for a good place to frequent while in the area. I thought this place was going to be good but I was highly disappointed! The place looks like it will offer good Mexican food but the looks is all you get. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered corn in a cup, tacos de asada, tacos de lengua, and fish tacos to have a variety to try. The fish tacos seemed to be store bought frozen fish with a ton of red onion that was thrown in a tortilla, the lengua had huge chuncha of meat that looked and tasted like it wasn't seasoned, and even the asada tacos (which I think are hard to get wrong) we're extremely bland! The corn was rubbery and tasted like it came directly out of a Can and nothing tasted fresh. I had to end up throwing it all away. I felt like it was a waste of my money. The place is cute and the music is loud and the people working there are extremely friendly and helpful but the food is a terrible rendition of anything resembling Mexican food. So, go at your own risk. Try them out once and see for yourself, you might like it. I, myself, don't recommend it. I forgot to even take pictures before I threw the food out. Me quede con hambre

First time visiting today and we will be back! Loved what we ordered and we think they have the best chips & salsa in town. My husband also had a delicious Michelada. Service was quick & friendly. Our glasses were never empty. Thanks for a great first experience

Great local Burlington spot for tacos. The free chips and salsa offered upon arrival was very good. The brailia taco pizza was the star of the show. Arrive hungry, leave stuffed with leftover for later

I have eaten here many times. The food is excellent, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very nice! I highly recommend it!
