"This place was pretty good. I got the scallop hibachi. The scallops were tender although appeared to have been cut in half and were very thin. Would have preferred them whole. I didn't love all the sauce they used to cook with scallops and veggies in before serving. It was sweet and too much in my opinion. With that said, it was a lot of food, the staff was very friendly and the take out process was seamless. I would go back for sure and maybe ask them to go easy on whatever sauce/marinade they use to cook with."
"Fuji remains reliable. If you have been a regular over the years, you will find your favorite menu items have not changed a bit! Love everything on their menu except for the miso. Skip that. It is a watery, bland version of a dish that should have much more depth and richness of flavor. Best ginger sauce around! Buy a pint of that and their pink sauce to take home!"

"I took my mom to eat here because it was close to the hotel we were staying at and I was happy I did. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was good and a nice size portion, and the place was clean. The French toast really stood out because it was really tasty. They had a senior menu choice which was discounted. The coffee was the only thing that we found not good. Overall, a great place to visit."
"Wife and I made our first visit here this past weekend.01/14/22We did not have a reservation but we were able to be seated immediately at a bar height table in the bar area, which was fine for us.Our waitress, Theresa, was very helpful and attentive. Our food come out quickly. I had the BBQ Pork Chop which was cooked perfectly to order and was so juicy and tender. Very good.Wife had a burger that she said was wonderful.Appetizer was potato skins which were good. Drinks were well made also. We ordered a Chocolate Confusion dessert to go. We had it later on and it was fantastic and not too rich. Thanks to Theresa and the rest of the staff for making our first visit a great experience."
"Not sure why this place has less than 4 stars. It's not a high end bougie restaurant, but the menu is extensive and has something for everyone. I would call this upscale/craft bar food. We came on National Margarita Day so I opted for the premium margarita. Not the best I have ever had, but it was smooth and not cheap tasting. Very good. We got the zucchini fries to start. Amazing. Light and crispy with the best homemade ranch. I always ask my server what their favorite menu item is if I've never been. I opted for her recommendation which I had been eyeing anyways - the sweet spicy fried chicken sandwich. Had a major kick without too much sweet which I loved. Get yourself some ranch or blue cheese on the side to dip it in to cut the spice a bit. My friend got the cheeseburger flatbread. It was huge. Our server says the size differs based on who is in the kitchen just fyi. Loved our server Sarah. We also came in on a Tuesday which happened to be trivia night so even though we were terrible it was fun!"
"The atmosphere is warm but not extravagant. The service was excellent but a little fast, if you want to ease that speed receive your appetizers before ordering your main course. The meal was very good, shrimp cocktail and spinach artichoke dip to begin and the filet was excellent. Nice to see a salad bar again and the homemade desserts were terrific."
"The clayton steakhouse has been a staple in clayton NC since 2008. It was originally opened by Michael and Betsy Grannis who retired in 2017 after selling to Bobbi and Ryan, both who had worked at the steakhouse prior to purchasing.I was expecting more of a menu from this steakhouse, especially in terms of appetizers. With only three options total and two of them being fried, I reluctantly chose the fried green beans. Yes, I am a fan of green beans, but not a fan of deep-fried green beans, nor will I be anytime soon. It's a bit of an acquired taste as far as my palate is concerned, this is definitely an appetizer that relies heavily on the wasabi and ranch dipping sauces. They do have a small salad bar, although it doesn't offer much of a variety, it served as a better appetizer than the 3 options they currently offer. Unfortunately, still not enough to satisfy a vegetarian and unfortunately, they don't offer any decent vegetarian entree on or off the menu.Steak is clearly their forte and they serve it your liking, unfortunately for me the sides did not overly impress. Being a classic steakhouse, I was expecting the classic steak dinner, but I do think a more progressive menu would serve this steakhouse better.Cheers!"
"Have been here a couple times now. Most recently was over the holidays for a business/holiday event in the private room. We could not have had better, more professional service. Seafood is top of the mind here, but my favorite dish so far is the Chicken Sorrentino. Also recommend the Burrata appetizer. They make it fresh and it's really good. I've had the Scallops before which I liked as well. Others really enjoyed their steaks and seafood.I will say I was not a fan of the hot appetizer combination that I've had here before. It felt like it was lacking acid or brightness and was served without any type of garnishes. Personal preference.Do know it's a relatively small restaurant in a strip mall in the Wakefield area (near Harris Teeter). There is a small bar area, main dining room, and private dining room. Nice neighborhood restaurant and good for business dinners and small parties."
"Not a lot of atmosphere, nothing special about the decor. No wait on a Friday evening. We both had the soup and salad bar. One soup choice barely any clams in chowder and their famous meatballs (not hot, barely warm) in a super sweet sauce. The salad bar looked messy and could have used a good wipe down--lots of users. About half wearing the gloves provided. No fresh fruit--all canned or dried. Lettuce was iceberg only and wide assortment of toppings: vegetables, olives, cheese, bacon, pasta salads, seeds, nuts, croutons, spinach, pickles, peppers, and salad dressings. Port cheese spread with crackers and toasted stale tasting bread. Our waiter was attentive. Price was right for salad bar only. Large safe parking lot."
"My mom is visiting and wanted fish so she found this restaurant on Google. And boy was it a good choice. First, we called our order in and the woman who answered the phone had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She was patient as we asked a number of questions and explained the menu. We ordered a fish dinner with green beans, cole slaw and an extra corn on the cob (hold the bacon) and a fish and shrimp dinner with green beans and fried okra. Honestly the portion size was large, food was hot and delicious!! I have found a new spot in Goldsboro for fish!!!My only reason for not giving the final star was the number of workers who did not have their masks covering their noses and lack of gloves as the waitress checked orders. COVID has made me more conscious of this and expect more from businesses!"
"It may be Salt Grass Steak House on the outside, but the inside is still screaming Lone Star Steak House. The least they could do is put some effort into the interior decor and at least patch the holes in the walls, I am not sure where the profits from the higher than normal priced steaks are going, obviously they are not going back into the dining experience. They do serve some hearty appetizers, the queso fresco comes with a lot of chips and SODIUM, but not much brisket. This one will definitely keep you running back to the bar! I was a bit disappointed in the chuck wagon cheese fries as I was expecting actual fries, not potato wedges. But if you insist on serving potato wedges instead of fries, might I recommend an oil salt and smoked paprika bath to give them some flavor? Cheese and bacon can only do so much for plain potatoes!I felt they served a good steak and controlled the temperature well, but why would any steakhouse that takes pride in their meat serve A1 steak sauce? Instead of slapping yourself in the face, why not serve a house Bearnaise to compliment the meat rather than soiling it. The staff are great and they do travel off the beaten path to provide a good experience. They have an active following in Knightdale, make sure to call ahead for reservations if you plan to dine out. Cheers!"

One of my favorite quick grabs in Wake Forest is Hibachi Japan. Shrimp hibachi plate and a chicken and steak hibachi plate, both with extra vegetables instead of rice. Of course, not pictured is the always important white sauce. Wait time isn't bad and if I call it in the food is ready in the quoted amount of time.

Don't know how anyone can rate this restaurant less than a 5+. The service is above average for Goldsboro and the food knocks it out of the park. This is my wife and my go to place, we have never been disappointed. I order the filet, medium rare and the wife usually goes with the filet medium and shrimp. Both meal's are perfectly cooked and presented, the service is impeccable and you never feel rushed. I highly recommend this restaurant to any all potential customers, you will not be disappointed. We have probably been to Fuji's more than 25 times over the years.

Pretty good. Got a couple take out dishes for Hibachi Chicken and they were very tasty. Served very fast, pleasant staff. I think they had a 100% health score. Always a plus for us. Pretty spartan setting inside, but not our concern because we took out. I'd eat there again. Was really good food.

My wife and I had date night dinner here last week and had a really nice time. We popped in on a Thursday night around 6 and was immediately seated. Our waitress was quick to get our drinks and provide us with menus. The shrimp cocktail was chilled and the cocktail sauce had a stronger kick than what I am used to getting when I order this appetizer. My wife ordered the spinach dip and said it was in her top ten of the ones she has sampled over the years. We did not have to wait long for our main course after finishing our appetizers. We were a little disappointed as we had heard that the cooks come over to you for you to select your steak at this did not change our positive attitude on this restaurant. The steaks were cooked to our specific levels and our sides were quite tasty. Overall we give this restaurant a 7 out of 10. It's parking lot is quite challenging when they have alot of people, the womens restroom had a line, but the overall feel was nice. We plan to visit again at a later date.

Salad bar was nice. Lots of options for salad toppings and it's unlimited! So go get as much salad as you want. They also have cottage cheese and mixed fruit. Not things I'd put on my salad, but I'd eat these separate. I ordered myself the 8oz ribeye and got a baked potato with it. It also comes with their Texas toast and the salad bar. My steak was cooked perfectly! This is the first time ever my steak was cooked to how I asked. Most places always over cook and sometimes under cook. I was pleasantly surprised!! My daughter had the Mac n cheese kids meal and that comes with one side. We got sweet potato fries. My husband ordered the salmon. It was the first time ever someone asked how he wanted it cooked. They said that's because their fish is fresh daily! Wow! He said it was the best salmon he ever had! I've got to try it sometime. The service was great. Lisa came over and took our drink orders since she knew our assigned server was busy. Love their teamwork! She even brought crayons and a paper my daughter could draw/color on to keep her busy. As you can see in the picture under her meal (it's 2 sided!) Good food and great service for our first time here! We will be back!

The butter was a standout. My dining companion wanted to take some home. Unfortunately. I didn't like any of the wine I tasted. So I ordered an apple cider martini. It was one of the drinks on special. It was very good. So glad I chose that drink. I ordered a wedge salad. It was also delicious. I ordered a ribeye and had two sides. Baked potato and wedge salad were my sides. I couldn't have been happier. I will be recommending this place to everybody."
"Being that we had reservations, we were seated promptly, and while waiting for the rest of our party, waters were brought to the table. The food was certainly very good, very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Our server was very polite, but had her own struggles during the evening, and that is all okay. The seafood was terrific, the salads were very good as were the sides and desserts. The staff was having a very busy evening from what I could tell.We understand Yakamoz is new, bringing an experience to Creedmoor that is not otherwise available without driving 20 miles or more, and trying to gain a foothold in the area. With that said they were still waiting on their liquor license and are learning from their guests what types of menu items are in demand or not. Before we left, we were told the menu was going to be revamped after the Mother's Day weekend. I'm interested in going back to try the new menu.Looking forward to my return visit."
"I finally found the best Mexican restaurant in Clayton and most likely within the surrounding area. You definitely get a warm and welcoming feeling upon walking in the door. This family-owned restaurant doesn't miss a beat in getting you seated, situated and ready for a drink. As most Mexican restaurants, the menu has a lot to offer and so does the full bar. They make a very good Margarita and plenty of chips and salsa to go with it. I was glad I tried the cheese dip with the chips, it was a pleasant switch from the customary salsa. The enchiladas verdes is a very tasty entree and clearly made with quality beef and chicken, which is yet another thing that sets this place apart. I now have two Mexican restaurants close by that I feel confident enough to dine at on a regular basis.Cheers!"
"Ordered to go tonight and we loved all of our food! Fajitas tejanas packed so well and had everything included. ACP was delicious! Included chips and salsa to go. Attention to detail with the packaging to go. Restaurant was very busy on a Thursday night. Plenty of parking in this strip mall, though. Much better experience than before!"
"There's only 10 tables and they only serve one thing, but that one thing is a prime rib-eye steak ! It is so good people tailgate in the parking lot for hours for it !Amazing"
"We got the crab Rangoons first and they looked great and were cooked great, only issue was the filling was lacking to be kind. However, they made up for it with our meals. We were worried, after the Rangoons; but they were all cooked perfectly. The quality was great and for the price--job well done. We didn't get a picture of the carb, but just in case, we did of our meals. We are ordering dessert now. Ambiance is pleasing, clean, and cozy. Service was great; Thank you Josh."
"Good friendly service, food is good but not great, if your in Nashville this is one of the better sit down lunch dining. Place is really clean. With healthy options this is not a greasy bbq place."
"First time eating at Johnny Bull's, very average meal. The salad options were pretty good. I ordered grilled chicken and thought that I understood it would be added to my salad. Complete misunderstanding. My salad came out quickly and my grilled chicken arrived 15 minutes later. So, if you are wanting to add protein to your salad, it's not arriving together. Kind of odd. The grilled chicken was very good, but I had finished my salad by the time it arrived! Please note - everyone I have talked to said never order steak at Johnny Bull's, it's just not good. Very average meal, nothing great. Place was very busy by noon on a Monday."
"The Peddler Steak House is located in the Oak Park Shopping Center off Glenwood Ave. It is tucked away to the left side of the shopping plaza so you might not know that it is there. It felt like the restaurant was there before the rest of the shopping center. The shopping center has plenty of parking.Reservations are taken for groups of 8 or more so if your group is smaller you might have to wait for a table. We were a group of 11 and none of us had been to the Peddler Steak House before. The restaurant is on the dark side so the dining experience would have been better with more lighting so you don't need your phone flashlight to read the menu. The tables are closer together than I would have liked too. When you walk in there is a small dining room with the kitchen to your right and the bar to your left. Then there are smaller rooms and that is where my group was seated.Service was good here but slow so give yourself plenty of time here. I went with the Filet Mignon and sweet potato. The salad bar is also included with the meal. I don't like salad bars so would have preferred a side salad. The Filet Mignon was outstanding and one of the best I've had. The sweet potato was also good and came with a cup of cinnamon.I'd eat here again as the filet was delicious."
"I ate here for lunch and had the Samurai. The chef was really entertaining and the portion sizes were very generous. The ribeye was incredibly tender and the grilled shrimp cooked perfectly. I also had chicken, which was just as tasty, but by the time I got around to the chicken, I was going into a food coma! The restaurant was also very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. I plan on going back to have another meal and recommend Kabuki if you want a special, entertaining dining experience."
"If you don't know it's there, you'll drive right past this wonderful steakhouse. It's located in a non- descript strip mall and has been around for quite a while, evidently. It's family owned, and they actually work in the restaurant. It's clean, the staff are friendly. The décor is homey and welcoming. You'll just love being in there and hanging out with family and friends while you have a meal. My favorite thing is that they're open Wednesday through Friday for lunches 11 to 2. They have a great selection of sandwiches with fries, chips, or a cup of soup. You may sub any side for the salad bar or French Onion soup for an upcharge. If you can't make it for lunch, they're open 4:30 - 9 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. They have wonderful fresh steaks cooked to order. They offer a limited selection of fish, both grilled or fried, a rotation of soups, and an excellent variety of starters. It's great to have a steakhouse of this caliber without having to drive to Raleigh or other big cities.Their fresh brewed iced tea is yummy. I'm an unsweetened iced tea drinker, and theirs is top-notch.Desserts are also delicious. I enjoy the chocolate lava cake with a glass of red wine, it's divine!"
"Loved the store and enjoyed my purchase. Definitely family run. I was helped as soon as I reached the counter. Was in for 2 lbs of ground beef. They didn't have any displayed, but happily went to the back to file the order. Tried some maple breakfast sausage as well. Lots of local brands to accompany your purchase. T-shirt's at check out. I'm only passing through, but I'll be a regular till I leave. Best meat in the area."
"Will, I wanted to give you another chance, so tonight I had the 10 oz Ribeye, it was delicious cooked just the way it is supposed to be. I have eaten here several times, once I was not happy, but 1 out of 5 with 4 times being great, I have to give 5 stars. By the way there is nothing better than having an owner that is passionate about his food, I met him when I came in and he is passionate! Well done!"
"We visited the restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are all very nice. We did the grill side and the chef did a great job. The food was great and they kept our glasses full the entire time. We will be back for sure!"
"Very good food and the staff are all so nice! Our server was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was very family-friendly and casual. Chips and salsa are very good, fajitas were so yummy. The only ding was that the fried ice cream was more like vanilla ice cream in a taco shell, not the rolled in cereal and drizzled in honey we're used to. Restaurant was filling up fast on a Monday night, definitely a local favorite! We will definitely be back!"
"Absolutely 5 star, incredible little spot with perfect French Onion Soup, Wedge Salad and Dry Aged Ribeye worth telling people about. Fabulous! Not a single complaint. Wirth making reservations for a special night."
"We actually were looking for Daniels fine casual but being Monday they were closed and this place in the same shopping center was open. Wow, what an unexpected find! Good sized bar with a separate table-clothed dining room. On Mondays they have half priced bar bites. The list included a tuna steak burger which I ordered seared rare. It came out perfectly with a side order of fries, a soy sauce and a mayo based sauce which were both really good. My wife had the crab cake appetizer which consisted of two obviously hand made crab cakes that were full of crab and full of flavor. They came with a nice side of slaw. This place is about 10 minutes from I95 and well worth the effort to get away from the usual highway eateries!"
"Clean with a near perfect health grade. Outside may be deceiving. A very nice vibe inside. Open grill area for steak preparation and decorated nicely. Steaks were good, hamburger was good, baked potato was good and service was ideal. We would visit again."
"I like Firebirds; however, it is way too expensive for lunch. I met my mom here for a few beers and food. It was a cup of soup for her and the wood grilled salmon with veggies and southwest au gratin potatoes for me. All of the food was good but I really liked the potatoes."
"First time at this restaurant. Service was ok. We decided on the NY Stripe meal for 2 $35. Meat was tasty sides were good. Fresh rolls were tasty. They had several large party 12 or more in the room so the service was slow. After people left the dirty tables were left no one busted the tables. I will come again to try again."
"We came across this place by chance.. and wow were we lucky!! So delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly and the salad bar was just the right size. We will be back for sure!"
"7 of us had an early Saturday night dinner here (with reservations), and it was delightful. The atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable, and not too loud. They have tables and booths. Our booth was comfortably large enough for all of us. I will say at first we thought we would freeze to death cause it was so cold, but when we requested to be warmed up a bit, they were kind enough to do adjust the temp.Food was terrific. We started by sharing an order of onion rings, and it was a generous enough portion that it was plenty for all of us to sample. Definitely some of the best onion rings we've ever had. Nicely seasoned. Harissa dipping sauce good. Yum!Entrees were also expertly prepared and delicious. I loved my Salmon. Husband was a fan of the Steak Frites. Others liked the New York Strip, the Pork Chop and the Cowboy Steak for two and the Fish and Chips. Love that the menu has a nice variety of casual to fancy food options.Service was good. Don't know if they have dessert or not, though. We were never offered any and didn't see a dessert menu. That was the only disappointment.Note: they have a nice looking patio area with a fire pit.I would say the Urben Food Group has another hit on their hands. Prices not crazy for the quality!"
"Excellent restaurant addition to the Benson/JoCo area. Our family celebrated a birthday at this restaurant.Once drink order was made, a basket of dinner rolls with cinnamon butter were served. The ribeyes were cooked perfectly and, seriously, could be cut with a fork.Filet was amazing, as well. They have aged steaks, flavorful. Meat entrees include your choice of starch, and the salad bar, which was fresh and well stocked. Housemade dressings, yum.Bourbon glazed salmon was good, garlic cilantro rice, a nice accompaniment. Their other "starches" included a loaded potato, or twice baked, both were served in a crock. Fries, another starch option.Coke products and brewed tea, and a wine and cocktail listing. Desserts, made in house and large enough to share. A variety of menu options, including vegetarian. The staff, second to none, everyone friendly, aimed to please, from the time we sat down until we left. Other establishments would do well to hire staff such as these.Looking forward to our next visit!"
