Philly Cheese Steak

First, I will say that this place has the best cheese steaks in the area, maybe in all of NC. The meat is tender and delicious, the bread is baked on site, the veggies are fried to perfection, and the cheese is not that crappy liquid cheese they use in Philly. Even the fries are super tasty! Plus it's cheap!! That said, the place is a bit dirty and run down. If you feel like you need to go to the bathroom, just don't! Hold it till you get to Sheetz! I really hate to complain about how run down the place is, my fear is they will renovate and jack up the prices, and nobody wants that! I have noticed they are doing a better job of cleaning lately though, before the windows were covered in a thick layer of grease, but a woman has started working here and I think she is trying to keep it cleaner, which is good. But seriously, if you like a great cheese steak, this is your only option, nobody else comes close!

I've been coming here for years to eat sub sandwiches. Always excellent, fast, hot & lip smacking good. It's not the fast food chains, and it's awesome!

I decided to go there and try the Chicken Philly cheese steak. It was the worst sandwich that I have ever had. the chicken tasted watered down, the tomatoes were far and few in between. The restaurant could use a good cleaning but worst of all, the male that waited on me did NO WEAR A MASK. Will not be going back there ever.

My second trip to this location. Excellent cheese steak very big and freshly baked roll. Presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant could be greatly improved, tables with ketchup on it the front door with handprints all over the windows and loose garbage on the floor.
