NY Hero

Food is not great at all for the price. Ordered through delivery only got half my order the gyro had no sauce on it and asked for no lettuce or onion cause of food allergies and it came loaded with it. Very little meat on it and pita fell apart when I looked inside Also didn't get the other gyro I ordered two but paid for it. There wings are gross there was so much sauce on them that that's all you tasted so i through the entire order away there went 30$ I won't order from them again. Very disappointed I wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have to on yelp.

I can only say good things about NY Hero. The food is great and the atmosphere positive. I enjoyed my philly steak sub and my three wings. My Aunt love her fish plate too. Tasha and her hubby are the most kindest folks I have met in a long time...The food and the customer service is beyond 5 stars.

I love the food. They have the chicken over rice. Reminds me of food from back home Meditteranean... Also their NY hero chicken sub is on pint!

I always get the grilled shrimp over rice. The food is always . If you haven't eaten here yet, you're missing out. The food is cooked to order but never takes longer than 5-10 minutes to receive your order.

Great little spot to get excellent wings and a killer salad. The food is always hot and fully cooked. The salad "NEVER" has any browned leafs of lettuce and all the veggies are fresh. Their wings dipping sauce is spot-on! If you live in Fayetteville and want some simple but delicious whole-wings go to NY Hero's; Highly recommend.

Phenomenal food and great customer service. The scene wasn't the most comfortable to be around while waiting for food but it's also a convenient store that has a lot of traffic. Still had the best gyro I've probably ever had in my life and that's why this gets 5 stars.

I know Fayetteville don't know nothing about Chopped Cheese sandwiches, but check it out!!! It's the closest you'll get to anything like it. A lil NY in Fayetteville.

I'm not sure why no one has created a page for this yet. It is tucked away in a small shopping center on the end. They have take out food which is good for lunches such as wings, fish, rice, fries, sandwiches, and wraps. It also serves as a small convenience store so you can go in there grab your lunch, drink, and a 6-pack and call it a day. Depending on the day can have a pretty steady stream of people popping in and out but also seems like one of those places that not many know about. If you want something quick and not super healthy it is worth a try!

A small tobacco/head store with a fantastic little deli inside. I ordered a pastrami sandwich (about $9). Service is not the fastest, but it's WELL worth the wait. Sandwich was filling and very delicious. They also have lamb gyros and lamb/rice plates.

A little slow last night but all three guys are friendly and the food is always good. Got a chopped cheese that rivaled Hajj's. All that they need now is a bodega cat.
