They are remodeling so I think that's a big part of it. But it's so awkward in here with the remodel. I think it would be preferred to just close and remodel than continue to operate. Sitting inside at outdoor seating tables and on raw floor. Only one bathroom that has no paper towel dispenser. And teenage boys working the front who have somehow figured out to control the music and are BLASTING their rap music. Literally can't hear anything as it echos so much in this empty space. Also the food has changed significantly since the old owners left. The veggies were all undercooked and barely got any chicken. Don't think I'll be returning, even after the remodel.

This used to be my favorite Hibachi restaurant. This place is gradually deteriorating. The cuisine used to be flavorful, but it's now mediocre. My husband and I have ordered from DoorDash a few times, and our orders have not been prepared to our satisfaction. I assumed they were minor blunders. The Dine in experience was not much better. I expressly requested that my meal be somewhat changed (no onions or zucchini ). I asked the cashier to read my order back to me, and he did so flawlessly!! Unfortunately, my dinner had onions and carrots. Please take your time and pay attention to the details. Now I have to see if the Hibachi restaurant I used to frequent in North Raleigh is still open. We ordered California Rolls, Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Shrimp with steamed rice and veggies. The food we ordered was bland and needed lots of sauce to make it taste good. My pre-teen and teen complained about this last time I picked it up for dinner. Very convenient so I hate that it didn't work out!

Phenomenal!! Riaz is superb. I had a large order for our company luncheon. His customer service was awesome. Very pleasant demeanor. He took my order, made sure everything was made correctly. The food was fresh and delicious. Very flavorful. We ordered quite a bit: hibachi, sushi, salads, spring rolls and crab Rangoons. I'm definitely going back in the near future. The prices are great. Affordable. They accept cash, cards and tap/Apple Pay. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of seating. A lot of parking is available. It is handicap accessible with handicap parking in front. Unfortunately I didn't get any pics b/c I was too busy eating. lol.

This food has a clean taste, no extra seasoning; not greasy. Feels healthy to eat. Young man at register was fantastic; people behind the counter did not seem happy to be there though. I got the hibachi chicken entree, plenty of food, but not much chicken for chicken entree (it came with as much chicken as pictured.) Crab Rangoon was delicious! Fried chicken was not fresh however; had been fried maybe earlier in the day and kept under a warming light. Ambiance is a bit outdated but did not reflect the nature of the food.

First let me say I'm a Hibachi snob! We just moved to the area so I've been looking for a good hibachi place. I was at work one day and had to get something quick before a meeting. I went on to a food delivery site and ordered the steak and veggies. This was some of the best rice I've had in a long time. I could have just eaten the rice by itself. The steak was middle cooked just the way I like it and so tender. The veggies were perfectly prepared , not to hard not to soft. I will be trying this restaurant again but next time I will be taking my son with me. He's the hibachi king in our family. I true must try again!

First time ordering from here. I placed an online order. It appears the place is under renovations. However, I overlooked that flaw. Once I arrived, they had not started my ticket. I asked for "just a little bit of onions." The person in the front told the cook. Contrary to what I asked for, he literally put an ENTIRE onion in my food. Smh. Will not return.

It seems like recently ownership or management has changed and the service has dropped drastically. It takes twice as long to get your food and half the time the front end has no idea what they are doing. Something needs to change. This used to be a 5 star restaurant.
