Hibachi & Company is very unprofessional, they stop answering the phone for takeout at 7:30 and they don't close till 9. They even picked up a few times just to hang up with no words. They sent me to voicemail a few times as well which is why I know they choose to ignore instead of answer.

The staff is super nice and welcoming but Im seriously disappointed with the food. The price is great $9.59 for Shrimp Teriyaki but man....the food was awful. The rice was mushy, the carrot were soo sweet but the shrimp was great. i just couldn't continue eating my meal cause the sweetness of the carrots mixed with the rest of the food and it just didnt taste good.

Staff sat my meal on the counter after telling me they'd call an order number and proceeded to call out every other while my food got cold, my friend who ordered after me had his food for 15 minutes before they acknowledged me and handed me my cold food while refusing to make eye contact.

Really good, fresh hibachi-style meals. All the meats and veggies: excellent! The gyoza was just like at the bars outside the base in Yokosuka, almost made me wish I had a Kirin. The prices considering the quality (and quantity) are pretty reasonable. Definitely recommended for a quality meal!

I recently visited Hibachi & Company and had a great experience. The lunch specials were particularly impressive, and I would definitely recommend the steak option over the other choices. While the chicken can sometimes be a bit dry, when it's not, it's really good. The service was quick and the staff was very kind. Overall, it's an affordable and convenient option, especially for college students or if you're in a hurry and want a big meal. I would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

We've been waiting for this place to open so we could try it and we were not disappointed! The restaurant itself has way more seating than I was expecting, including an upstairs area, but we decided to take it to go. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left with our food was less than 5 minutes.I got the teriyaki chicken with just broccoli and it was delicious, and only $6.99. The chicken was definitely fresh chicken breast and the rice and broccoli were cooked perfectly. They even gave us extra white sauce since we were taking it to go.Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I go here often. I have never been disappointed. I'm allergic to mushrooms and they always do a great job at keeping me safe. The people that speak to the customers are always nice and polite. Their white sauce is extremely good! As is their chicken and shrimp. I'll be back next semester!

Decent Habachi at a great price! The food is all fresh, rice and other veggies didn't taste like they were sitting out (which is the case at other places sometimes) and they gave you a bottle or ginger and yumyum sauce. Upstairs is nice and the staff are very nice. Cool mural on the side too. Definitely recommend.
