"Amazing donuts -- crispy on the outside, fluffy and tasty on the inside, and always some new interesting flavor. We like the cinnamon buns too! And when you get a dozen donuts (or pastries and donuts combined), there is a discount. This time round we had apple cider donuts (standard and good), cranberry earl-grey donuts (one of the day's specials), and ginger hibiscus donut (another special). They were all good!We also had raspberry jam scones - delightful texture on the outside, full of jam on the inside - good, but very sweet, and not really a scone. More of a jam tart. And of course, we got a couple of the cinnamon buns -- they have a lot of sugar on them, but they're delicious. But what makes Monuts exceptional is really the donuts - both the unusual flavors (which are always changing) and the texture (crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside). It's clear that they really work hard at this, and the results are exceptional. I think they open at 7:00 am, and often there's a line at that hour. Come by at midday, and they may be out of almost everything. You'll see in the pictures I posted that it's dark out (as in not yet light) -- we got there early to get a good selection."
"Really great spot to visit on a Saturday morning for coffee and a bagel. I saw a lot of people going in and out of this shop and thought since I have been over here in the past that I had to try it. I walked in and told the lady working behind the counter to get me whatever their best seller was. And let me tell you it was delicious. Not sure how healthy it was but it sure was good. She recommended the bread instead of the bagel. If I stop by in the morning next time I will definitely check out getting a bagel. It was funny when you walked in it looked like NYPD but instead it was NYBD. It was funny the workers shirts made it look like they were cops. The owner was also very nice as well. While I was sitting down eating there were so many people coming in and out most got their order to go. There is seating in the restaurant. This is definitely a popular local spot for this area."
"I was on a trip to Raleigh in January 2024. My friend and I were in the downtown area. A quick Yelp search and I found Sir Walter Coffee. Pictures on Yelp looked fun; vibe seemed cool. Sir Walter Coffee is known for their "Coffee, Craft, Comfort". Okay - that sounded pretty fun & cool. My friend and I only ordered coffee there as we were headed to a Zumba event afterwards. I had wanted one of their special coffees but they ran out. The cashier helped me select another coffee drink that was similar and voila. Vibe was cool. My friend and I both liked our respective coffee drinks. Good place to chill for a little bit. We were there on a Sunday afternoon - and it was pretty packed. ENJOY!"
"We pulled up to grab a bite to eat, but were met outside with a long line of people waiting for the same thing. However I was blown away about how quick they put the order together! Everything is made fresh to order. Such a great sandwich!"

Cool Durham Establishment that seems rather hip and trendy if you want donuts & coffee. Now the menu for donuts isn't super extensive or should you expect your typical strip mall donut shop. They have a limited pasty selection but you should find what you're looking for. They make coffee per order and it was a decent cup of joe. Service was fast and friendly. The place has ample seating inside with some outdoor seating that's not just bunched together, someone obviously put some thought into how the seating outdoors would look. Cool place, I'd come back.

Fuhgeddaboudit. You really do feel like you're in Manhasset as soon as you walk into the NY bagel place. LOTSA hustle/bustle, attitude, and enough staff where you better have your order ready as you approach the counter. The staff even LOOKS like they're from NY. Yes, the bagel has a nice outside crunch, chewy (just right) inside, and great flavor. We went with our go-to cinnamon raisin, bacon, egg, cheese, and a plain schmear. At this price point ($8), you can't beat this bagel and/or bagel sandwich.

Great location. Cute decor. Very similar to Starbucks vibe. I ordered an iced imperial with sugar free vanilla and almond milk. Hubby ordered a nitro cold brew. I really didn't care for mine. It had a funny tasting sweetness to it. Hubby liked his. They also sell alcohol and I'm intrigued about some of theirs. I'd like to try one of them if I come again. Maybe even some of their food. I wouldn't order any coffee.

Happened to see NY Bagel passing by on the way to an appointment. Most of my appointments have been in the evening, but had an early appointment today. Got 6 bagels, garlic herb cream cheese and a cheese Danish. The bagels are very fresh and the cream cheese delicious. The Danish was lovely and I loved the crunchy topping they add. I would be interested in what they have for lunch. They have Boar's Head products, which I love. They have inside seating and outside seating for a nice day. They were fairly busy, which is a good sign as well. You should visit them.

Stopped for a coffee. The gingerbread and cappuccino were pretty good, the milk was a bit overheated. Vanilla frappe was great.

So glad I found this Yelp recommendation. Cute shop in the historic area of Clayton. It's the kind of breakfast spot where the staff knows your name and better yet- your order. Lots of regulars, baristas knew their orders - love that!Great space outside to sit and enjoy your breakfast.Ordered a avocado toast, it was great. Will stop by when in the area again.

Today, rainy day and we felt like getting a warm bagel for breakfast with my mom. The place was quiet maybe because of the time and weather. I know they have a great menu and it is fast when not busy. Various vegan options! She got the salmon chive bagel and I got the vegan beca. Try it. It is delicious. Coffee, get the regular size. We got the large not realizing the options. Overall great quick breakfast option. There is a seat down area and parking right in front if you're lucky.

As close to a NY style bagel... eh, that is a stretch. But are their bagels soft and chewy, plump and delicious? Yes, that they are. The place is "old school" cafeteria meets coffee counter (they don't prep your coffee, it's self served, so I didn't). Nice people, clean. Better that Brugel? Yep. Or other bagel chain? Yep. Better than Panera? (who eats Panera bagels anyway? OK, I DO LOVE THEIR CINAMMON bagel... shame on me!). Loved my onion bagel! In a small strip mall, it just waits for you to come in. They have seating, sandwiches and the like, but it's more take out than a comfortable sit to eat thing. Not bad, not expensive, not great. Just good. EAT UP!

"I really enjoyed my experience there. I learned that I need to ask for extra hot when it's super cold. I did not try a signature drink but I was glad they had the option to get my cravings under control. I can not wait to go again."
"Coffee is a solid 5 stars. We have had the coffee specials of the day and really enjoyed them. Staff is friendly and efficient, don't have to wait long for drinks and food after you order at the counter. The food is ok. Had sandwiches here before - turkey and cheese had too much yellow mustard and the chicken salad had pickle and watercress that just did not hit the mark. Pound cake today is really cold that makes it not exactly pleasant to eat. Will come for coffee and skip the food going forward."
"Bottom line: Breakfast at NC Bagel & Deli was not bad but not over the top. Adequate Meat Lovers omelet but a good bagel accompanying it. The Deets:I stopped in for breakfast one day at NC Bagel Cafe & Deli, located in the Grace Park complex in Morrisville. When you walk in for breakfast, it is more like a bagel shop and short order kitchen/grill type of restaurant put together. Their hours on their website currently display at the time of this writing open each day 7am-1pm. I decided to take advantage of both sides by ordering one of their omelet selections that included a toasted bagel with it. I ordered the Meat Lovers omelet that menu online describes "Made with 3 eggs, Sausage, Ham & Bacon Served with Bagel Or Bread" so I chose a plain bagel which was toasted with butter. Service ordering at the counter was good, I had to repeat a couple of things but went OK and then waited for my order that was for dining in to come up so I could carry it back to one of their tables. My order was up in good time, no long wait. The omelet was OK, nothing extravagant but I have to note that the sausage, ham, and bacon meat bits were sprinkled on top of the omelet instead of inside or mixed within it (I say bits, as they were not large pieces of meat but did the job for giving the meat flavor for the omelet, see pic). It was a short order type omelet that did the job. I do like the plain bagel I had with it, and would probably have one again with a cream cheese schmear next time. This quick breakfast did the trick and if wanting a quick short order breakfast and don't feel like going to a fast food place to get it then come here and get your fast breakfast fix."
"As close as you're gonna get to an actual NY bagel in NC. Freshly made in-joise every day, these are water bagels. A dozen varieties are available. They're exactly as you want a bagel... Crispy on the outside, airy and moist inside. Pro tip - slice them and freeze them same day of purchase, toast to serve. Pro tip 2 - if you don't freeze them store on counter in paper bag. They'll be a little hard but when you toast, they spring back to life. Don't store in plastic on the counter, they get soggy."
