"We did the $15.99 buffet in the weekday and it had quite the variety for vegetarians. The appetizer Bhaji was crisp and the paneer Methi Malai was actually very good. The spicy mini idlis with chutney and sambar pretty much blew it out of the park in the Idli category so that to me was a winner! The drawback was that naan were sitting in the buffet- tough and chewy so it would really benefit if they brought them to the table in smaller quantities. People would enjoy it 100% better while less get wasted sitting out in the buffet. I wish they had a dal on the buffet it was lacking and sambar doesn't quite replace a good tomato dal.The goat biryani was pretty great and 3 chicken varieties got all the meat eaters satisfied. Service was decent given the crowds and the ambiance could be improved if they switched the songs to instrumental Indian music keeping with a better atmosphere for conversations while enjoying the food!"
"Asia Pot occupies the former Pearl 88 Chinese restaurant. If you remember how the place used to appear, Asia Pot did a BEAUTIFUL makeover. The setting is as appealing as the cuisine. They are not your typical Hot Pot restaurant where you cook the raw food in the soup in front of you. Asia Pot's Hot Pot has an urban twist. The broth in the hot pot(s) was hot (temperature) and tasty, with fresh ingredients and a variety of proteins. A delicious culinary experience is Asia pot. I'll be back!"
"I need to preface that I am Vietnamese/Chinese and from Orange County, CA: a land where you can find a chinese buffet every 10 mile radius. I moved to the area about 10 months ago, and it has been about that time since I have had any asian food. Here comes King Chinese Buffet:Selection: there were two hot food stands and one cold. Four soups. Best items are the white steamed fish (very authentic), mein fun, and pang beef. I had the sweet and sour soup that needed more black vinegar (maybe it is adjusted for the locals). Hot food kept coming out and stations filled. Nothing under the heatlamp too long. Score: 3/5Service: Very chinese, meaning that they're straight and to the point. Plates were removed regularly and drinks refilled without asking. Score: 5/5Location: covid regulations allow for cleaner eating. Was given a plastic glove and we had foam plates and forks. The seating is still next to another patron, not 6 feet. Score: 3/5I wont come back but the prices are decent. I did not regret coming."
"Came here for lunch with four others. They have both booths and tables. We had a table in the back room. A server quickly asked for our drinks and they were brought promptly. A spoon and fork as well as chopsticks were provided. There were many different dishes to choose from including hot dishes, cold dishes , fruit, desserts and sushi. There was fresh ginger and wasabi available and soy sauce on the tables. The hot dishes I got were a good temperature. The food was replaced often. Everything I had was ok, just not outstanding. I was surprised at how many seafood dishes there were, which I took advantage of most of them. There were people cleaning tables and sweeping often, so it appeared pretty clean. Hand sanitizer was available. I didn't try everything, but enjoyed most of what I had. One of our group comes here often and says there's more selection at dinner and on the weekends, but the price is more. I would consider returning. Wish I could give it a 3.5 ."
"Kadhai is a excellent Indian restaurant in my neighborhood. As someone who was raised by west indian grandparents, I enjoy my food spicy. I love that you can choose how spicy you want your dishes by intensity number. I went with a 4. That was the perfect amount of heat for me. The food here is flavorful and plated with perfection. I ordered lunch via Uber Eats. The food arrived fast and piping hot. The serving size was generous with plenty of leftovers to enjoy tomorrow. I ordered vegetables samosas, Chicken Madras and Aloo Gobi. The Chicken Madras was my favorite. It really packed the heat ! Lots of fresh spices and pepper throughout the stew. This was delicious. The naan was complimentary with my order. They left it in the oven too long unfortunately and it was not the best charred. The basmati rice was cooked to perfection and all the flavors were just excellent. I will return to dine in for the lunch buffet."
"Great food, have a buffet or you can get a plate to go. The staff is very friendly and keep your drinks full."
"We stopped in for a quick lunch for first time. Did not want to eat off buffet which would have been too much food. We ordered Gyro's that came loaded with meat and vegies. The only negative I can say is the floors throughout restaurant are a little slippery which to means mop water is not changed enough. Seemed greasy."
"Came here with my family on a drive back from Florida heading up to DC. I highly recommend that you come here to eat. We came here for dinner and we were not disappointed. Is it attached to a gas station? Yes it isDoes it look a tad sketchy? Yes it doesIs the area safe? I felt comfortable But that doesn't matter, what really matters is that they have amazing food and service. You're going to be so happy eating here. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I think they could elevate the vibe inside a little bit. But maybe it's different during the day time."
"Looked for lunch on the way down I-95 headed to Florida. A buffet connected to a budget hotel. Recipe for disaster? Nope. Thanks to previous yelpers we drove right up. Excellent food. Fried chicken, meatloaf, yams, mashed potatoes, southern veg, salad, pies.... all really spot on. The biscuits are light as a feather. Even the bbq was tasty for restaurant fare. Look out for the fatback, it is addictive. The buttermilk pie was new to me and really delish. This place is not just "good for road food." It is delish. Thank you, local yelpers!"
"This is amazing, so much variety, so clean, I can't wait to bring my vegetarian partner here, something for everyone!Check out the videos...salt and pepper shrimp was perfect. Nice service staff... eat here you won't be sorry!"

Relatively new Indian restaurant in Morrisville. I want to compliment the interior - there is a huge mural inside that's beautiful, and the decor / settings are very tasteful. For my order, I got the Majjiga Pulusu/Moore Kulambu (vegetables cooked in yogurt and coconut gravy) and Bullet Naan (a little more spicy than plain naan). The flavor was superb, because they don't play around with the spice. Service was friendly but could be a tad slow at times - I was with a friend and his dish came out about 5 minutes after mine did, which I didn't enjoy for him. Except for that, was an excellent experience and I would return to try more items from the (huge!) menu.

So this is a nice spot to get your hotpot fix! It's a little pricy ~18 per pot! I like the spicy malantang ones I do wish it had more stuff in it. Like more veggies and noodles. Also this review is based on just take out.I will say they have a nice lunch special! It's like $6 for rice or noodles or fried rice with a chicken side! I would say that is definitely worth it and it's set up like the food court at the mall so you can get it quick!

Still my favorite place for Chinese buffet. In a world post Covid19, customers get their own disposable hand gloves to serve your own food. Smart. Food selections still great. Sushi bar is no longer available but all my usual favorites are still there. Yes, you can dine in! Paper plates and utensils. Looking forward to visiting again with owner Maggie.

... overall score D... Service is great ...beverages are cold and tasty The atmosphere is typical crowd with lots of family get together If you want mediocre yesterdays Chinese Food then you will not disappointI understood it's a buffet but if the food taste alike and the ice cream is melting something has to be brought to attention. The price for the buffet is not worth what's available to consume. The only thing I enjoyed about today was the sushi and pho noodles soup.I really think this particular establishment should be visited by Quality Control folks ASAP.

6/30/23-Decided to swing by and order hubby dinner. I ordered the butter chicken (spice level 4 or 5) and garlic naan. Hubby enjoyed it. Stated it was plenty of food and even with a lower level of spice it still had a kick to it, so it was tolerable for him.

Stopped on for lunch, there was a large variety of food and fixings. Service was good, our server was on the run refilling folks drinks. The ambiance was basic a bit loud and AC was not putting out much cool air as it was warm in the dinning area and a bit uncomfortable. They are better than some of the other buffet places, get there early as it fills up quickly with local folks and off the interstate travelers. Cheers!

Food and service was fantastic!! Best biscuits and gravy I've had outside of my Pop's kitchen. Definitely a welcome change to truck stop food!
Visit Restaurant Page"If you are looking for food that is delicately seasoned without meat, this is your spot! One of the buffet servers has vegetables prepared without meat seasonings and it is a vegan dream come true. There are several choices but you will only need a few because it will fill you up fast! Take your time and savor the flavors. The meats and other food were good as well. It's worth a trip so you can make your own decision. Don't forget the bakery items! They are delicious as well. Since you'll be too full, get it to go!"
"My fave buffet spot in town. I had the opportunity to go yesterday. Oh man I've missed this place. I started with a salad. The red onions were pungent as they should be. So good. Then I went for my veggie plate and my meat plate. The cabbage and the turnips so yummy!!!! I wish they had some fresh fried chicken. The popcorn shrimp and chopped bbq was good. I go to buffets for the smorgasbord of veggies and nothings different with Fuller's. The corn of the cob was so sweet. Can't wait to go back. The butter beans. Everything."
"Once a year they serve an Indian-wedding style lunch on banana leaves. You have to eat with your hands, as well. It is a unique, traditional experience! The food is spicy but tasty. My family and I had a great time. The servers apparently worked late into the night and came early in the morning 4 am to set everything up. They brought a lot of enthusiasm and care into the food. In addition to this event, they have a good lunch buffet on the weekends! Great staff and food!"
"Absolutely fantastic buffet- my family went here and loved it. Everyone thought the food was delicious and I ordered a mango lassi which was a great balance of sweetness as well. The staff was very friendly and came to check on us. The only thing I will say is it does get crowded so prepare for that. Overall fantastic!"
"The fried chicken is the best I've ever ate! It's very, very crispy! The meat is super moist! Seasoned perfectly! What more do you want? The servers are genuine. Real people from the south."
"Typical Chinese buffet. Unless you're paying $100 per visit in a semi-fancy Las Vegas buffet, you get your money's worth here (in other words, you pay cheap, you get cheap food). the food here is not any different than any Chinese buffet in the area."
"I went to Swagat for dinner on a Tuesday. It was pretty busy around 8pm. The restaurant is located in a strip mall. It has a bar, booth seating, and tables as well. My cousin's husband is from northern India, and according to him, this place was very close to what he'd get in India. We ordered a lot of food. For the appetizers we got a fried vegetable patty and the Swagat (chicken) 65. For entrees, we got butter chicken, chicken korma, lamb rogan josh, and saag paneer. We also got some garlic naan and roomali roti on the side. All of them were very good, though the Swagat 65 appetizer came after the entrees. My favorites were the saag paneer and Swagat 65. The spinach blend the paneer was cooked in was very flavorful and surprisingly creamy. The Swagat 65 was heavily sauced, but it was tender with some crispy parts. The sauce was lightly spicy and a little sweet.Service was good, there was one guy who specifically kept refilling our water. Food came out pretty quickly too. Definitely a good Indian restaurant, and apparently authentic North Indian cuisine."
"We came on an early Sunday evening and when we sat down, we were the only patrons in the entire establishment and the man who seated us was on the phone. It is tucked away in a strip mall and does not offer much in the way of ambience as it is a large room. We did not care for the complimentary chips. The samosas had a good crisp but we didn't care for the filling and the naan was a little too crispy. The chicken tika masala and chicken Momo was excellent, however, so we would come back for those."
"It has been so long since I have been to a pizza buffet. If you opt for the buffet they do ask if you want any specific pizzas, it just takes a bit to bake. I thought that the buffet had a good mix of salad, pasta and pizza options. It was just some had sat out for too long so it was just okay. Obviously with any buffet, come hungry."
"Food: 4Service: 4Ambience: 3Date/Time: 7/2/2022 7:30pmCrowd: 3/4 fullThis is a decent place to get sushi made on site for a fair price of $16. And, of course that comes with the hibachi and buffet. The token Chinese dishes (Beef Broccoli, Lo Mein, etc) are available on the buffet and are pretty good. The sushi selection is good and tastes good for what you pay. Desserts include a selection of cakes along with a selection of scoop ice cream. The place itself still looks like it's previous occupant, Golden Corral, except for the lion statues in front. The inside is your typical buffet set up.... booths sitting around the trough! The buffet is off to the side, the sushi and hibachi cooking area in the middle and the salad and desserts on the other side. The servers are quick to pick up after you so you have a cleared table when you return. Not much in friendliness but good at busing tables. Overall I'd recommend it for a decent all you can eat dinner at a reasonable price."
"I am literally shocked this place gets bad reviews. This is my absolute favorite pizza place within a 20 mile radius. Believe me I have tried my fair share of pizza places as Sunday is usually pizza day in our house. The pizza crust and sauce flavor is delicious which I've found lacking at many other pizza establishments. Medium crust is what we get and has a perfect crispy outside and soft inside. Highly recommend! The owners are wonderful as well which is the cherry on top!"
"So unexpectedly we pulled off and found this amazing steak house near Roxboro NC. It was a few minutes before 5 pm no line. And the smell of fresh grilling steaks was in the air. Went in and got seated on short order. Our sever JoeEllen was epic amazing she knew everything about the menu and the restaurant and history. As someone who enjoys the history of the places I dine that was nice If I'm up this way again I'd stop. The food was great staff wonderful and it has a lot of charm."
"I thought the food from Falafel 54 was OK. My wife liked the food more than me. The service I experienced was good; however, after looking back at the menu, I think the restaurant staff missed a couple items in our order. Also, the menu pricing was inconsistent in-person vs. on Falafel 54's website (not a third-party vendor). From the looks of it, this is a humble, "mom and pop" type Mediterranean restaurant with a buffet that is (or was) popular. It appears the buffet was an office lunch crowd favorite, pre-COVID. Not sure about these days, but it was open during my dinner takeout visit. Also, I don't believe this business was always open for dinner, but it was when I went. I called before my visit to make sure they were open. They closed early for dinner, at 7:30pm on weekdays.Falafel 54 opened in 2015 in the old Baba Ghannouj Mediterranean Bistro space near the corner of 54 and 55, just off I-40 exit 278, so it's relatively easy to get to.When I visited around 7pm on a Thursday, I was the only customer for the duration of my visit. It looked like the two workers were preparing orders that had come in after mine, from online. I saw the online menu, but it was confusing and looked like it was for large catering orders only. Therefore, I decided to order in-person and wait. I ordered a wide variety of items for my wife and me. We're both fans of Mediterranean food. Here's what I got for us (takeout):Platters* Gyro Platter ($11.50) - seasoned strips of beef and lamb, Greek salad, hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki, and pita* Kabob Platter ($11.50) - chicken kabob skewer, Greek salad, grape leaves, cilantro hummus, and pita* Curry Chicken Platter ($11.50) - tender chicken in mildly-spiced curry, basmati rice, fattoush, tabbouleh, and pitaSides, etc.* Falafel (two orders, $3 each)* Baklava (two orders, $2 each)Through the above platters and side choices, we pretty much tried almost everything the restaurant had to offer. The same can also be accomplished by getting the buffet. Several of the items packed in our takeout boxes actually came from the buffet.During my visit, the buffet was all-you-can-eat / unlimited and priced at $13.50 per adult and $8 per child (age 7 and under). You could also take out from the buffet for $9 per pound. I'm guessing the buffet can work out to be more economic depending on what you select. Mask and gloves were required upon each trip to the buffet.I would have felt a little gypped if everything I had ordered came off the buffet, but fortunately that wasn't the case. The server, Sergio, and his female coworker fired up the griddle and cooked some things fresh including some of the meats and the lady made sure to toast and slice the pita. I appreciated all of that.My wife commented that generally the food was tasty, but not amazing. I think part of that was because I showed up about 30 minutes before closing and some of the food had been sitting out on the buffet for a while. However, nothing was bad. If anything, I would have liked bigger portions. I don't mind paying a premium for good food, but for what I paid, I'm not sure the value was there, quantity-wise. I'm glad I ordered that third entree and those extra sides because one entree and two sides alone was not filling to me (and I don't eat as much as I used to).The Gyro Platter was my favorite, but compared to other Mediterranean restaurants, the portions of shaved gyro meat were somewhat lacking. The meat itself was delicious, especially with the tzatziki. Hummus was listed as one of the sides for the Gyro Platter, but we did not receive any; only the baba ghanoush. The Greek salad was crisp and refreshing, with dressing served on the side. A noticeable amount of fat from the gyro had built up and solidified underneath the salad. The Curry Chicken was flavorful and a pleasant surprise. The sauce soaked into the bed of basmati rice. The chicken came with a side of chutney which we weren't expecting. It was packed with flavor and went great with the chicken. I did appreciate the portions of fattoush salad. The salad was packed in a separate container, not in the standard three-compartment foam box like everything else. The tabbouleh had a very strong parsley taste which I enjoyed. The Kabob Platter was alright. Not bad. Our Kabob Platter was missing the Greek salad. The number of stuffed grape leaves received was two (didn't seem like enough). This was our least favorite side and I don't recommend them based on how they tasted. The cilantro hummus was a different story and fared better. It had a really unexpected spicy kick to it.For a restaurant with "falafel" in its name, Falafel 54's falafel wasn't great. These falafel could have been crispier on the outside, more moist on the inside, and more flavorful overall. That said, I still think they're worth ordering. They were appetizing enough and came with yummy tahini on the side.As for the baklava, it was delicious. You can't go wrong there."
"This place has great service. And it's to be expected of what's in a small town buffet wise. They do make hibachi fresh for you, which is really nice. Very relaxed vibe no need to dress up."
"Got the rice noodles and their chicken skewers. This place is amazing and well priced. We've also catered with them for parties, and the food is always fresh and hot. Definitely recommend!"
"I had read the reviews on Yelp and focused more on the positive ones rather than the bad. I went hoping for something in the middle, but sadly my experience leaned heavily towards the negative. The employees were pleasant and first impression of the entry way was positive, however it was all downhill from there. There really wasn't much flavor in most of the food and the preparation and presentation was less than appealing. Additionally, it did not seem very well kept. Yes, plates were cleared and tables wiped down, but it had a general appearance of needing a serious deep cleaning from floor to ceiling.Overall I should have payed more attention to the low scoring reviews. Had I done that I would have saved myself about $25 that would have been better spent at China Buffet on the other side of town where I know what to expect for a much, much better experience in all areas."
