Read other reviews. Seems most others had issues with friendliness of staff and flavorless ice cream. I however did not experience any issues with service. We went on a Friday evening around 8:15 pm. The BENELUX BISCOFFEE was really good and flavorful. I think the coffee taste could be slightly stronger to make it really hit. It's a mix of Biscoff cookies and Benelux coffee, topped with caramel syrup, whipped cream and Biscoff cookie. GRANDMA'S NANNER PUDDIN' was pretty good. I would prefer there to be a stronger banana flavor. I would ask for another banana if I ordered again. It's a mix of banana and vanilla wafers,topped with vanilla wafers, sliced banana and whipped cream. My only complaint was that it smelled like a bathroom when I walked in. Like not a dirty bathroom but a bathroom that had been cleaned because it was dirty (like a mixture of bathroom and cleaning supplies, not just one or the other). The employee did say she had just finished cleaning. Overall, I'd go back and try other flavors. You can customize your order. I saw someone else mention lack of flavors but there's an entire board of additional toppings and flavors you can add to make it your own. Maybe try that route if you're in the picky side or just like to make things your way.

I honestly hate to give poor reviews and I do tend to give businesses with low stars a try (you never know if other people just came in on a bad day). Unfortunately, it seems as though service is getting a bad reputation with every customer coming in. Walking into Raleigh Rolls was fun for sure! I loved the artwork on the walls and loved the details of the painted water flowing onto the floor. The menu was easy to read but unfortunately, didn't list any ice cream flavors. I'm assuming every option gets their "vanilla" ice cream which is just cream in a bottle. I honestly don't know if it's even flavored and if it is, yikes (more on that). We were greeted by three of the staff, but they weren't very welcoming. The person doing my rolled ice cream did minimal interaction and didn't even look at me when asking a question. It just felt like we were unwanted there. I ordered the Nanner Pudding and my husband ordered Monkey Business. They looked amazing when we got them but the first bite left us wondering why these are so expensive? There's no flavor!! When I saw them make mine with two Nilla Wafer cookies and one slice of banana, I thought maybe the ice cream had banana flavoring (same with my husband who's ice cream was made with a little Nutella and one slice of banana). Both were just...flavorless. How is there an ice cream shop with flavorless ice cream?? I was shocked by this. $10 for a cup is way too much for that. Theres definitely room for improvement here and that starts with training their staff to be more welcoming and the other is to taste test their product before putting it out to the public.

Random meet up with my niece led to a impromptu visit to the new Raleigh Rolls location in Wakefield. I had never tried the location at Morgan Street Food Hall, but it always looked fun. I got the Benelux Biscoffee and it was very good. It's cool they incorporate local Raleigh business, such as Benelux coffee, into their menu. The ice cream itself was creamy, rich, although a subtle coffee flavor. There are regular rolls or you can pick your base and add toppings. Some toppings are what you'd expect but there are a few more unique items such as Pirouette cookies and strawberry pocky. The s'mores roll with an actual toasted marshmallow looks like a fun one! The space is small but good for hanging out to enjoy your treat. The wall and floor art is sure to hit Instagram posts. Nice addition to this area.

I've been to the location in the Morgan street foodhall so I knew what to expect coming to this one. The decor was nice inside and had plenty of seating. I got the chocolate overload roll and my mom got the strawberry cheesecake roll. Both was delicious of course. Only dislike was one of the workers which I think was a manger was treating his other coworkers not so kindly in front of customers maybe he should take a professionalism course but other than that I enjoyed my dessert.

Good ice cream and friendly staff. Was my family's first time having rolled ice cream and I thought it was pretty good. I do wish that there was more options for ice cream base (there is only vanilla/plain crème anglaise)You can either pick from the specials or you can build your own which includes 3 toppings/add ins. You can then pay .50 per extra topping/add in.While we where there they also only played Taylor Swift music which is a plus in my opinion.

It was our second time to Raleigh Rolls and everything was just as great as our first visit. My daughter and husband customized their own creations (my daughter loves the roasted marshmallow), while I got the Thai milk tea with boba. Will definitely go back again!

It's a decent spot for rolled ice cream, but it falls short of being exceptional. While the taste of the rolled ice cream is enjoyable, the high pricing and mediocre ambiance prevent it from standing out among others. If you're in the mood for rolled ice cream and happen to be in the area it's worth a visit, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

The staff and service was great, braeden and another guy were working and did such a great job serving us. The ice cream was mediocre and overpriced but was worth the cost because of the service and ambiance.

Upon entering, we were not greeted. We were the only ones there and waited to be served. The two ladies looked at us, and just kept cleaning and doing random things. We finally asked if we could order. One lady looked up at us, and pointed to another lady like we were dumb. The other person finally asked us in a very unfriendly way what we wanted. At this point we already felt like leaving. The ice cream rolls were maybe sitting too long on the cold plate, as when she went to roll them, they crumbled into many pieces. We ordered the Cheerwine special which didn't taste much like Cheerwine. Regardless, the service was terrible, and for this reason alone, we will not be back. Funny story, my daughter's friend just texted her that they had horrible service getting ice cream today. When she asked where, it was at Raleigh Rolls in Wakefield.
