Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I've never met a Raising Cane's I didn't like but I have met one that continually catches me by surprise (#1) which is this location, which is just west of Katy. There are a lot of issues here, but most of it stems with their order mishaps, slow service, and portion sizes. All of these things will eventually lead to the theory that the chain is going downhill. The good news is not every location is like this one.I'd ding them harder but I still think overall, they do a solid job with the chicken, which is mostly Cane's quality. There are occasions where the pieces seem smaller or were slightly overfried, but lately they've been doing better with consistent offerings. Not a fan of the significant price hikes as of late, but just about every place is getting more expensive.The glaring issue is going to be their service. From mean mugs to slow drive-thrus (#2), I've also been the recipient of orders were a tender or two was missing. I've been avoiding this location specifically for awhile, but my recent order was solid all the way. (#3) Only time will tell if they can keep it up.______________(#1) Puzzled. Confused.(#2) This is something RC has always been good about, but not this one.(#3) Staff overhaul? Here's hoping.

Manager on duty not friendly, he took my order, zero personality!!! Food ok! I ordered diet lemonade received reg lemonade!

Absolutely love the accommodations from manager Michael. Top-notch quality from professionalism in conversation over the phone. Mike is best at solutions when errors occurs. Michael definitely made up for yesterday mistakes. (The overcooked fries and hair in food), I definitely respect and appreciate his solutions. I'll definitely be making this our go to Canes, as long as Michael is managing this RC location.

Man, Canes really fell off. I ordered a 3 strip combo, and got literal nugget sizes almost. There's no way any of these even weigh close to an ounce and a half. What a waste of money. I'd get more protein off pig skins from the gas station, then this joke of a meal.I use to come to this restaurant almost every day to pick up nice tenders on my way home from work. But after a couple visits of sub-par food, I started doing the drive to Cinco Ranch for Lay...(cough) excuse me, I won't mention your rival who at this point, embarrassingly surpasses Canes in service and food quality and (originality.)Hopefully you guys can bring your service and food quality up 100 notches or I think we will see more and more "Caniacs" over in Cinco Ranch...Sorry for the blunt review, but opening this meal, is highly frustrating.

This chicken was made to perfection! Served fresh with LOVE and worth every penny. I'm very picky when it comes to chicken because it's usually all batter. The satisfaction I received from this meal deserves a review! Props to the team and whoever prepared it. Quick, done correctly and delicious! Thank you canes for putting some love and attention into your chicken and my caniac combo!! Thank you to my best friend too who came it clutch and brought it by! Y'all make sure to visit this location and tell me if I'm lying. Will be visiting again soon!

Want a simple meal they have it! The chicken is always hot, fresh, and crispy. I chose the kids' meal while out running errands, and it was just the right portion. This location had people outside with tablets taking the orders, and they were nice and efficient. The person working the window was friendly. Sometimes simple is best!

This is my neighborhood Canes. I've been a couple of times and usually goes thru the drive thru. I have always had great service and quality food. I usually get one if the finger chicken meals with fries and Arnold Palmer. They have been cooked to my perfection and always very tasty. They will be my go to when ever I look for my not bone in chicken.

Too cold inside, and if you go outside it smells like a dead cat. Food is acceptable, but not a comfortable experience.

Was greeted coming in. Was struggling with holding Baby and Mariana assisted with getting my drink and bringing me baby high chair, food and utensils/sauces. She was awesome for that I never had anyone assist me and made me feel Glad and able to enjoy even more:) Thank You Mariana your the Best. Place was clean and Welcoming.

Chicken light and tender. Really enjoy eating at this restaurant. Love their lemonade!
