Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This is the worst place I have ever been. I ordered my food asked for my fry's crispy and when I got them they were soggy as shit. I ordered 4 sides of toast never got them. They charge you for the extra sauce which is crazy but I understand that part. When I tried calling down there and tell them about it they hung up on me. I will never return to this location again.

Fairly fast service and I had a kid set shared with my friend since I wasn't that hungry. Fries are good and my friend enjoyed the chicken Nice American fast food vibe inside.

Can never go wrong with raising canes! The best! Never had such delicious fried chicken tenders before, so tender and juicy. Gotta love the sauce and the toast is a great touch.

The chicken was delicious, and the service was great! The food was hot and ready to eat, which made the experience even better.

Walked in today around 11:10am multiple people in the back all just complained who should be at the front no one wanted to go up to take my order after a few mins of this I walked out. Lost a customer will be complaining to corporate

Really good food!! Customer service amazing!! There was this person, he was super nice!! The canes I go is amazing! When you order it comes right away, it's really nice.

Don't pull up if they ask you to at the drive-thru. Was told to do so and after waiting for 10 cars at least to get their food I decided to go in and employees were rude like they didn't wanna talk to you. Finally got it after some bitching which I didn't wanna do only to realize I was missing a tender also once I got home! Not a good experience!

We love Canes, but come on people use your judgement on the size of the chicken. I order the finger 3 combo and yup got only three pieces but when the chicken is small.its not going to break you to throw two more pieces in the box. when you go chicken expresss or choc-fil and they always throw extra pieces of chicken in the box. what I pay for 3 finger. you can say it was a kids meal.

This is my first time reviewing anything. I am still trying to understand how a restaurant can mess up when the menu only had 3 items. make sure to check what you get!

I made a quick stop into Cane's because I was craving chicken. Erika greeted me, took my order (kids meal) and upgraded my cup when she learned it was for me. While washing my hands, she personally delivered my order to my table. She also came by, addressing me by name and asking if I needed anything else. That is some amazing customer service! Well done, Erika! Great hire, Cane's!
