Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Literally the best Canes you're going to come across outside of Louisiana!! I don't know why this location is SO GOOD but it is!! Pull up to Canes and don't forget to ask for your bread buttered on both sides! Had no idea that was a thing. It's called a Bobby lol! Oh and give their honey mustard a try. They make it. Honorable mention..this beautiful Elvis art Customer service here is .... *chef's kiss*

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They take forever for online orders. I waited 20 minutes for an online order and there was no one in the lobby. Literally. And to make matters even worse, I was told to get out of the drive thru line to pick up the order. Why?! And I still had to wait. Which makes no sense. This place sucks. And my food wasn't even hot.

This location is fairly new, been open for a few months. Staff is super friendly! Food always hot and tasty. It can get busy when people come for lunch or dinner but Cane's is always worth the wait. I'm glad there's a Cane's closer to where I live

I went to the Cane's location at 290 and Tidwell (13480 NW Freeway) on a Wednesday evening. Although the restaurant was well staffed and friendly, my order took a long time but very tasty. I decided to give them a Mulligan (Wikipedia definition: A second chance to perform an action, usually after the first chance went wrong through bad luck or a blunder) and returned on a Saturday afternoon. On my second visit, the wait time was not as long. However, in comparison to other Cane's locations I've been to, the wait time was longer. I will give them a couple of months to get their system in order.

WTH! Really?? We pay $10 for chicken the size of fingers?? This is such a joke... just go to Whataburger you get what you pay for there.

today I went to this canes location and well. I have a lot to say about my experience, I ordered the 3 finger combo and got a coke. I asked for the chicken to be extra crispy and tender, 30 minutes later they tell me my order is ready... like it's chicken??? Even my grandmother can cook it under 10 minutes. Anywhos I tasted the chicken and holy cow bless me lord. The chicken was barely cooked. It was basically raw. And there was a bone piece? I was highly disappointed. Also all of the tables was very dirty. You trying to kill a woman like me? Stay safe guys. Please for my own concern stay out of this restaurant.

Slow service, with a lot of people standing around distracting the handful of people trying to work. The cashier couldn't figure something out, he counted my change numerous times, then ended up just giving me a wad of bills, a couple dollars more than he should have. Chicken was just ok. Taking orders, counting change and making food off a limited menu is not that difficult.

Came in early 15 minutes before the location opened accidentally while I waited for my tires to be fixed at discount tire near by. I was greeted with a smile and the staff was extremely friendly. The food came out hot and fresh before I could even sit down. The manager Sean was a really cool guy, super pleasant and provided amazing service! 5 stars

I really wanted to try the chicken fingers and fries from this new location! But this will be my Second and last time trying to order at this location. They literally close 10 minutes before closing which is at 1 A.M. the first time it was even closed 15 minutes earlier. On my second time coming to this location, I even asked my manager to leave early from work because I know they close early at this location . Turns out it was closed earlier than closing time AGAIN! Made me waste gas and time. This is false advertising atleast update the hours it's not that hard. Well I won't be coming to this place ever at all nomore because I know when I pull up it will be close earlier than closing time like always . TAKE DOWN THIS LOCATION AND BRING BACK TACO CABANA !!

They don't close at 1 like the website says. They close before one. False advertising for someone driving for hours listed.
