Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

So I went here to order a tender combo and the guy taking my order was great ( check # 20081) I decided to check to make sure my order was accurate and I notice such little amount of fries. I check my order on the way to the car and notice a little amount of fries. I walked back inside to request more fries. The worker agreed that is was a small portion of fries but Holly The Manager aka (Karen) said " that's the amount of fries that goes with the meal. I eat here often and I usually have to many fries . A simple " I'm sorry sir , let me add you more fires would've been spectacular and the professional thing to do!! Instead we low key argued about the fries. Even a customer stated that his daughter kids meal had more fries.After I paid 2.15 for more fries , Karen came to get my box to add fries! I told her to stop , I was purchasing more fries since there's an issue giving me an adequate amount of fries for my $10 spent! I definitely got hateful Karen vibes from her!

Canes is amazing! But this location is the worst so many workers at the window just standing around and still forget part of your order. I had a family of four different combos and obviously you will need a cup holder for all the drinks but none at this location?? Makes me wonder how they expect you to carry all the drinks ones your home. I opened my order at home and noticed an order missing. When I called the girl is shouting in the background, did anyone forget a combo..... everybody yells no, na, no! Worst location and worst customer service. Gives Canes a bad name due to the workers.

After a long day of sightseeing, I realized I was hungry and they were the only place open late. They were out of coleslaw, so they offered extra fries or bread. I went for the fries :( Short story, fries were old and cold, chicken was soggy and soft, and my lemonade tasted watered down! Only thing that tasted decent was the bread. I literally tossed EVERYTHING!!!! Total waste of money!

Anytime I'm in a state with a @raisingcanes it's one of the first stops if not the first stop! Just hits the spot everytime! The Box Combo comes with 4 tenders, fries, slaw and a drink, I replaced my slaw with more fries! Everything hit the spot per usual!

This Cane's was exceptional in service! Kudos to keeping that long line moving so quickly! Great food and all our orders correct too! Good job!

Canes is Canes.....there's not much that I can say. The only thing I would suggest is that they expand their menu because for some people, the menu is boring in comparison to Zaxby's

So far the best chicken tenders ever. The caniac combo is the way to go, if your super hungry or want to share. I get that with an Arnold Palmer half lemonade/half sweet tea. The sauce is so good, the toasted bread is also amazing so delicious , buttery and crusty. It's the perfect chicken tender combo with a side of coleslaw and fries!. They also have a chicken sandwich it's so good and pretty big. This location is always packed, but the service is pretty fast. There's plenty of parking and the inside is pretty clean and fairly new location.

Literally the worst place ever I got food poisoning from eating under cooked chicken from here. Had me sick for 3/4 days throwing up & on the toilet. I realized the chicken was under cooked after the first chicken strip the middle was red n chicken was spongy like. Was so gross !Wouldn't eat canes ever again

This place always messes up your order and drinks. I always have to check my food before I leave the window.

Jose did great in making sure the order is correct. Excellent service and work. Very nice guy !
