Raising Cane’s - Stafford

When I get fast food, I expect quick and friendly service. Originally was planning on getting in and out but they were closed, so we drove across to canes. When we got to the drive through line, there was a staff member ready to take our order on an iPad and payment. Easy and efficient. Then we proceed to the second window where a staff member handed up our food! The bread and sauce was tasty. Staff was friendly.

They're not exactly Raising the bar when it comes to Cane's fingers.I'm a fan of Raising Cane's, even though they're definitely bland. When they're hot and juicy and delicious, they're great. But I'm not going to give this one a high rating, because it has bad service and long wait times and some of the chicken strips seem literally half the size that they're supposed to, so all in all it's two stars all the way, just for this particular location. The one on Westheimer in Westchase for example is much better.

Order taken quickly, line moved fast, employee's get 5/5. Just went for the Post Malone cup, but had to buy a combo too.Fries were the worst I've had, toast was ok, didn't eat the coke slaw. Chicken was fried perfectly and was juicy, but no flavor or seasoning at all. Sad, just sad.

the hours are great. the combo box is yummy. service is very quick. rounding down to 3 stars.

Shoutout to kaye! She was excellent at her job and got my order to me quick, i would give 6 stars if I could but she was extremely unfunny like it made me a little sad how unfunny she is BUT she was still great at her job and is the best!!!

Stopped here for a quick bite after a meeting. The chicken tenders are so so. If the grease OSS fresh, the chicken tenders are good. If it's not, you can tell. I don't know if you know what over cooked, or reheated grease taste like but let me tell you? Chicken tenders coming from either are lack luster. The sauce is so good. I know many of places have tried to replica. Kudos to the sauce. It definitely masks the grease taste. Fries were hot and crinkly and good. The bread is superb. This is spam my favorite place to get an Arnold Palmer. ( yes even better than that place that's closed on Sundays) They have one of the best I've ever tasted. That's really what the stars are for. Try at your own risk.

I don't care.., what people say about raising canes !! It's a deep southern thing. I love it and will keep loving it..!! I don't care, how long the line is. I could say people just trying to something for free. Yes. I may have had wrong things with my order, they were quick to fix it !! Don't be that person. If you want self-service then go to a seat down place and not a fast food. Even then the seat down experience service will let you down. Please move around!! Thanks !!

Every single time I come to this location I order the same exact thing and every single time I'm charged a different price?? I've also came home multiple times with missing items even though I've been charged for them (including this time). The women working the drive thru never listen. This location is incredibly disappointing. Do not recommend.

Aww, it makes me sad people don't like this location. I do agree that the quality in general of Raising Cane's is going down, but Raising Cane's corporate has to be aware, because at a separate event they were pushing their merchandise very hard. However, when I've come here, I've always had large portions and I believe the food quality is going back to what it once was. Raising Cane's has that nice sauce that I use for the fries and not the chicken ...not that they need to know that ...which really helps out the taste of the fries. I think the fries is the weakest part of the Raising Cane's meal. Prices are going up - stupid inflation, but with the box combo you don't feel too robbed like you would at other fast food restaurants. Usually have had fast service, friendly people, a win if I need a quick chicken meal that isn't Chick Fil A.

I love Cane's but this location definitely isnt my fave. We eat here maybe 1-2 times a week because its close to our office and every single time we go my order is wrong. Not sure if they just rush and dont pay attention but i always order the small meal add an extra sauce, extra bread and a cole slaw and i NEVER get my extra anything! And its always when im craving it the most. Might be time to move on to other restaurants. =(
