Cool little spot that can be difficult to find. The seating is a bit limited but the place has a good vibe. Limited menu, largely pork items. I had the Seafood Gumbo, it was good but certainly not worth the high $38 price tag for a bowl of gumbo!Full bar with lots of cocktail options and they are all overpriced except the beer. Service was very good tonight. This place would be a worthwhile visit for me but their pricing is just out of bounds.

What an incredible TWO visits to Radiator Whiskey. My wife and I went to Radiator Whiskey last week, and had such a nice time we went back last night to enjoy again the many variation of libations that are offered. Last week it was Amanda, and last night it was Christa that offered such a wealth of knowledge that it was easy to pick our choices. Their service was equally excellent. The drinks were the most tasty and balanced that I have ever had.It was also quite fun to watch the cooks prepare the food options for the customers. The Tater Tots seem to be quite popular and now I want to come back for the food. The bone marrow, the burnt ends, the any sandwiches and of course the desserts were all meticulously prepared. It is a simple detail, but I was very impressed how the hamburger and chicken sandwich buns were warmed and grilled on the flat top. Very cool. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and smells great as well. We will definitely be back as the service and beverages were that good. And I expect the food is also above excellent.

The whiskeys were unbelievable. The atmosphere was very nice. I am knocking one point off because one of my drinks was served in a cracked snifter glass. It was a very visible. Prices are very reasonable.

Perfect spot for cocktails and dinner (and excellent service) after exploring Pike Place! It can be a bit tricky to find, but there are signs posted in the building showing you where to go up to the stairs (it's on the same floor as Storyville Coffee if that helps!)Highly recommend the Market Mule (infused with a Blackberry Ginger flavor and came with a yummy ginger candy) and the Brass Monkey - Beastie Boys cocktail (I love a good spiced rum!)Split the smoked bbq wings as an appetizer and the smoked and fried chicken entree between the two of us and we were happily stuffed! Bbq sauce isn't usually my go-to when it comes to wings, but trust me this sauce is perfectly tangy with a hint of spice. The fried chicken skin was thick and crispy, though my favorite parts were the sides - creamy Mac and cheese and cornbread with honey butter.

Very interesting hidden barbecue restaurant at Pikes Pl., Seattle. Although, it took us a minute. the place the food was excellent and the service was good. Located upstairs in the common building it has an industrial kind of feel an ambience. The prices are a little high, but the quality is excellent.

We stumbled onto Radiator Whiskey after stumbling into Storyville for coffee. There are so many nooks and crankies around Pike Place. As emptynesters, we were estatic to find a place that was for the 21 and over only with amazing food and a great selection of whiskey. We started out with the fried pig ears. They were delicious. The best I've ever had. Good texture and well seasoned. For our main dishes we had the fried pork hock with collard greens, and the bbq combo plate. They were a good portion size and both were very good. They season their food very well. The fried pork hock did need some acid to break up the richness of the pork. I would recommend adding something pickled in lieu of the peanut gremolata, which really did nothing for the dish. Overall a fantastic dinner. If we had more time I would definitely return to have another dinner there.

Came in for a happy hour. We didn't have reservations, however, the waitress and waiter were super kind and said we could sit at a table until the reservation were scheduled to come in an hour + later. They said if they didn't show up, we could take the table. There is a small bar area and standing room only tables if you want to grab a drink. The restaurant / bar is small and intimate. It had great rustic-looking decor. The staff is very friendly. They were hustling attending all the tables and seating customers.I didn't try the food, but it looked pretty good.We grabbed some old fashions and I got the happy hour mule. Both were perfectly made.Because it is located inside Pike Place, parking can be a little difficult. It's also located on the second floor. It was not hard to find with the GPS.Overall, it was a great experience. They have a large selection of whiskeys. Some aged in barrels. Customer service friendly and atmosphere wonderful.

One of the few places that I ate when I came to Seattle. I think why I really wanted to come here was to get their pig head dish but unfortunately you gotta pre order it a week in advance. I didn't know that but it's okay. I'll do that next time heh. This place is located on the upper floor of the building right outside of the Public Market Place sign. But inside has very nighttime typical bar vibes. Our waitress was super friendly and very sociable. Literally felt super comfortable being around her as she guided us with the menu and service that whole night. She made it really fun. To start off I got their Market Mule which basically uses a seasonal fruit, in which case they chose pomegranate! I loveeee pomegranate and it was just so refreshing and such a nice way to unwind for the night. For our meal, we got the Mac and Cheese, Burnt Ends, and the Braised Beef Brisket. I thought out of everything, the Burnt Ends was my favorite. Some pieces were a little tough and chewy, but the fattier pieces had a ton of flavor to it, and it was tender too. The Braised Beef Brisket was alright. You eat everything together with the sauce, meat, grilled onion, and arugula. Of course, it all works well together, but it wasn't anything that really blew me away to justify for the price at least. And the mac and cheese was alright too. Overall, the food is pretty expensive, and overall was okay. If I were to come back, I definitely want to try out the pig head that this place makes!

I arrived in town past 9 PM on a weekday, and it was rough finding a spot that was still open for dinner in the area. My husband and I came here for a late night meal. It was a little hard to find out first, likely because we were Jet lag but the security was kind to guide us through.Quick service, we both had a nice chicken sandwich. I'd recommend a spot if you are a tourist landing in the area late at night.
