The food is inconsistent & greasy. Their food was good years ago. Now there is NO eat in dining& the place looks like it a close any day soon.

Went to pick up take out tonight and the place REAKS... like bad... health inspectors or something need to check this place out asap because the smell is actually concerning

You craving some GOOD general tsos? Well, keep craving cuz you ain't gonna get it here.Remember this wisdom you yelpers: You can tell a LOT about the food you orders by the side Hot and Sour Soup they sell. Ordered general tsos combo and chicken wings from DoorDash at 7PM. That's dinner time man, that's your time to shine. Unfortunately, the food was barely edible. General Tsos: the sauce was flavorless. Well, there also was barely any sauce either, so there was a lack of sauce and lack of flavor. Any gtso gustatory fanatic knows that the choice chicken part is thighs. You use CHICKEN THIGHS. Queens uses chicken breast, and it's haphazardly thrown into the fryer, with a chunk of dry stringy meat to gnaw through.Hot and Sour soup: let's call this what it is. It's white pepper soup. Oh excuse me, was there other ingredients in this soup? I couldn't tell. I thought I was eating a white pepper salad.Chicken Wings: ohhhh mannnn. Chinese take out chicken wings should be MONEY. This place m, rather, charges MONEY for some shriveled up pieces of mutant chicken. Fried Rice: uhhhh...tasted like under cooked Uncle Ben's, stirred around in some old oil and mixed with leftover pork pieces. No wok hei what do ever.Value: sorry, the value would be great if the food was actually good. Overall: do yourself a favor and just go across the street and eat at Whole Foods. At least the "food" is food.

The staff has difficulty taking order's correctly when placed. This is the second time my order was not fulfilled correctly

Good food, fast service... yeah, not the best or fine cuisine but good enough to enjoy at a good price

Food is always good but today I was charged $4 extra for the same meal I always get with no notice! no price change is made on current paper menus or website menu So Disappointed

The food is top notch, the service is great as well. It isn't great on ambiance but hey it's take out not dine in. The staff is Chinese, and they know how to do Chinese!! We've been going there since when they opened, and if you haven't tried it, go once for the takeout and you won't be disappointed. If I had taken a pic I would post it. Next time!!!

I used to love this place, especially when they were eat-in. Now they're only take out. I got pork chow men. No flavor, finely chopped veggies. Not good. Another restaurant gone downhill.

We have been customers for over 10 years, and have enjoyed their food. Tonight, we ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken with stirred-fried pineapple, bell pepper, ginger and onions. We picked up the order, took it home (a 25 minute drive), and found the chicken and a container and sauce, nothing else. I called Queen Cuisine and complained. They said we had looked at an old menu, they had changed their menu 3 years ago. My husband then checked the online menu, which listed the same ingredients. I called them back, and pointed the online menu with the same listed ingredients. I was then told to bring the order back, and then order something else. We will never go to Queen Cuisine again. I only ask for fairness. We wanted what we paid for. I would strongly recommend that you check your order before you leave the restaurant.

It is with a "heavy heart" that I have to leave a bad review.I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. These guys used to be my "go to." Not sure what's going on, but the food is not fresh, and it's much pricier than I remembered. They messed up my order and tried to blame it on me. Wonder if these guys changed owners, because the quality has severely deteriorated.
