Mani bhai doing excellent job with place and environment. i love to go n play here. i go usually 4-5 days in a week. tables are very smooth.P.S dont forget to order their wings. great food

It's okay do not come up there with a Groupon. I normally come up here and a very nice young gentlemen always helps me and my boyfriend without any issues, until I came across their Groupon. The waitress/bartender a young lady in the front will tell you "it's cheap" then talk to the manger to get more money out of you. I did not realize they did not allow Groupon until the manager/owner told me he has issues with Groupon for years trying to take their business off of Groupon . He did say he would acknowledge the Groupon by giving me a price match, but can not accept it. He of course did not match me with the price that I bought the Groupon for it was $18.50 for hookah and pool table. When I opened the Groupon it was actually $16.65 that day I went in and I asked for it at that price he said, "No, it will be $20 instead of $27". I did not have an issue with this at all it still was a great discount. The lady did not want to acknowledge the Groupon at all she wanted us to spend $27. She unfortunately had 3 guest on a Saturday night and wanted to complain about us being cheap. I proceeded to tell the owner I would not like for her to take care of us, because her attitude was horrible. He continues to sit down to play a game, while the lady continues to harass us. She comes over to the pool table where me and my boyfriend are at and and tells him, "No, baby it will be $10 to play pool." We we're done at that point she kept bothering us, though I told the manager/owner I do not want to deal with her. We ended up leaving, we were going to buy drinks and everything have a good time, but unfortunately ended up in harassment and no acknowledgement/needs of the customer.

One of the few places in Houston that has snooker. Very rare to find a location with more than a handful of tables. Q Ball has 5 official Strachan snooker tables (used in official tournaments) that are consistently clean and well kept. Three 8 ft. Tables along with three 9 feet tables. Plenty of tables with plenty of space. Staff and owners are very friendly and will always be tentative. I was a stranger before but now, they made me feel like family.Rates: (per hour)8$ - 8 ft. Q ball allows customers to smoke inside the vicinity and also serve high quality seisha in a high quality hookah. ( brand: Khalil Mamoon)- clean tables with a nice atmosphere.- daily specials like cheaper hookah, wings, and alcohol.- Full bar that serves multiple types of liquor and cocktails.Cons:There are literally no cons besides 1 that cannot be changed due to the environment and that's the fact that the music is playing. Don't think that the store has bad music, i always i enjoy their music selection when I'm there, but snooker players play in complete silence and needs major concentration.

Great Place and Great Staff... I'm a drinker and a pool player... Well made drinks, great prices, fantastic and well maintained equipment....makes a for a happy customer!All the other customers, so far has been very nice to me and I'm even learning to play snooker...which greatly improves my pool game.My girlfriend hates places with smoke, but this place is so well ventilated and large, that she isn't even bothered by the fact that smoking is allowed inside, because you can't even tell!!Also...it's located right next to a 24 hour taqueria!! You just can't beat that..

Great place in the heart of Houston. Loaded with pool and snooker tables, full bar, delicious food and poker games for poker players on the 2nd floor. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming.

Trifecta of entertainment: pool tables/alcohol/hookah. I really wished something like was around when I was younger. No matter, some friends and I Googled this place and had a blast. It was not crowded and the hookah was densely packed (oh yea!). I wished they had more happy hour specials. The tables are clean but the decor is showing some wear. We would definitely come back.

We visited Q to get a different experience from our usual club scene type place with pool tables that we usually visit (not to be named here). Q is a hole-in-the-wall pool hall with some nice pool and snooker tables, and a perpetual unfinished look. There were maybe 2-3 tables in various stages of build, and the owner worked a little on one of them right next to us while we were playing.They have most of what you might want to drink (mixed drinks, wine, beer), though I won't venture to call it a full bar. They also have food and hookah, but we didn't order either of these.The crowd was mostly Middle Easterners playing snooker, and we were the only ones there that didn't fit that description. Overall, this is a chill, laid back "joint" where you can just enjoy your game without the constant distractions of scantly clad waitresses, loud blaring music, and 100 TVs running sports.Just one recommendation: You don't have to switch the music to trap/hip hop when Black folks walk in. We recognize we're in your place and we adapt. Remember, we came here on purpose.

Q hookah bar & pool is a nice lowkey type of spot. If you are looking for somewhere that is not to crowded then this place is definitely the type of vibe you are wanting. Their typical drinks price run from $6-$13 max which I feel is a great price if you are looking to get out the house and not spend too much money for a night outing. Their typical hookah price is $13 compared to most locations that charge about $20-$40 for a hookah and the price for the pool table is $10/hr which I think is decent. Also to speak of ambience it's very chilled. I'd recommend just dressing down nothing to fancy because again, it's a pool/bar. If you're a lowkey type of individual then this spot is for you.

My neighbor invited me and this spot is clean and customer service is outstanding. The bartender " Raimee", is super cute and knows how to make some good drinks. I love the pool and drinks
