Pyburns Farm Fresh Foods

This probably is my new favorite place for boudin and dirty rice. This past weekend was the first time I got to try the spicy boudin and I have to admit this is the best boudin I have ever had in my life. Also I got to try the spicy dirty rice and it was the most authentic dirty rice I have tried in Southeast Texas. This place maybe a hole in a wall but it's a must if you want the best boudin and dirty rice.

Some of the best ham hocks, boudin and sausages in the city. Fist place I go for boudin when friends come to visit.

I was skeptical on if I wanted to drive across town to go to this market but I kept hearing nothing but good things. This place is easy to find and ample parking. Not only did they have the meat (oxtails) but they were also able to cut them a little thinner for me. And their entire meat selection looked very fresh as well as ample options.I also loved the selection of fresh vegetables. The price point for the meat & veggies was competitive with other markets. I'm glad that I made the drive and I will definitely be going back again!

I hardly ever give bad reviews; it's not in my blood, but, I recently made a phone call & a woman picked up with the worst attitude EVER! Complaining about how she is on the register & wouldn't be able to look for a product that I was searching for like she knew me. Ma'am, I live an hour hour away. Very rude, I felt rushed off the phone, it was unprofessional & I felt like I was wasting her time. I would never call for anything or waste my time going into this location ever again. No excuses to be nasty to a customer trying to patronize a business. I've been eating Pyburn's rice since birth. I'm sure we would've bought several other products considering our far drive for something very specific. Customer Service seperates the little dogs from the little dogs, & you just got yelped.

I can't speak to the food but the security guard who was working there Sunday night is pure trash. She was on her phone right next to the register and every other word out of her mouth was the f word or s word, completely unprofessional. The workers didn't seem to mind but that's sad that management lets this happen.

Small neighborhood market, that has a decent vegetable department (mexican food standards: tomatillos, cilantro, various peppers, etc) Love the Fresh Boudin from Pyburn's. I have also had the stuffed cornish hens from here. Tasty!so my newly revealed Pyburn homey D'Ann P reminded me of the SUMMER SAUSAGE ...it's yummo!

I have not tried the hot food that they serve here yet but maybe in the future I will. I good there for the fresh meat there I find meat there that I can't purchase from H‑E‑B, Kroger's, Randalls etc. This place never disappoints when I'm looking for certain meats. The service here is always A1 the cashiers are always friendly and personable. The establishment is always clean and fresh I will be moving further away but I will definitely travel to get my meats .

Been loving pyburns for a long time. If you know you know. Just wish there was one closer to me.

If you like cajun food this is the place. Great tasting food with so much selection. Great prices on their meal combos. I highly recommend this place.

If you want some good seasoned boudain filled chicken breast wrapped in bacon, this is the go to place.
