Pura Vida Miami - Edgewater

Pura Vida Edgewater is my go to place whenever I'm in Edgewater. I love their coffees and their healthy food options. Service is always fast and staff members are always kind and courteous. Love the interiors in all the Pura Vida Restaurants. Check it out!

We ordered two spicy tuna bowls for takeout and were very underwhelmed with what we received. For $24 I would've expected more than 4 pieces of tuna, a less than halfway full bowl of veggies, and maybe 3 bites of rice. I like a lot of the pura vida breakfast sandwichs and smoothies and have had great experiences dining in, but I would expect the same quality and quantity with take out. Disappointed with this visit and would not recommend takeout with pura vida. I hate saying that because I have always enjoyed dining in and there are lots of other menu items I really enjoy. Hopefully they can improve on this bowl in the future

Always wanted to check them out, beautiful location, 2 stories with boho vibes, clean and friendly staff I love their natural juices and yummy coffee. Definitely check them out if you're in the area.

This location is impeccably clean. It is bright, fresh, and pretty. They are located just across Margaret Pace Park, where there is a dog park too. I think they get a lot of foot traffic because parking is not easy here. A lot of people order food online and have it ready for pick up. They have a whole shelf dedicated to that. This morning I was feeling coffee, and the banana coffee sounded interesting. It was more like a smoothie because of the blended texture. It was pretty filling. I thought the upstairs area would be nice and chill, but it was actually very loud. There were a lot of people already. If I were staying at the hotels nearby, I can see myself coming back more often. They close at 9 PM.

Cute place with lovely area for you to eat with a nice view but the food is mehSuper over priced and scarce parking with plenty of tow trucks waiting for you to take a riskHad avocado toast for its high recommendations.....mediocre at best ( 19 dollars and it was definitely not worth the money...tasted like packaged guacamole with too much lemon that was topped off with some cherry tomato halves and a few micro greensDisappointed is an understatement but if you have no choices and happen to be in the area and need to find a place to sit down, it does have a nice view and vibe in the seating area in the second floor dining area

Indoor and outdoor seating. Safe neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic. Healthier skewed menu. Expensive for the portion / ingredients. 10% service charge is auto added for takeout. I like the place. The food is good, not outstanding, but healthier. It's expensive for on the whole. For example what I'd call a snack size Pb açaí bowl is nearly $20 after automatic tip and tax. I see some people posting up to work here. I suppose that's worth it... and maybe one of the factors that's keeping the prices high.

This is like a pura vida express! Order inside at the first floor, there's some grab and go drinks, or order something off the menu. Every order is to go, so walk back home, to the park, or if you want to sit the small outside set of tables are just the start. Go up the stairs outside the ordering lobby and there you will find a second floor lounge including with excellent views of the park/street/etc, restrooms, and friendly vibes. Service is fast to deliver your eats.

I love this pura vida location! it's very close to my job so I order frequently, most of the time I order take out. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. Sebastian already knows my name and always has my order prepared with utensils and an extra sauce as requested. It really helps to have everything ready when I need to go back to work. When dining in I enjoy sitting in their little up stairs lounge! I love their poke bowl so fresh and healthy!

So I finally gave Pura Vida a try and I'm frankly not impressed. I mean the food was ok but certainly not worth the price. Just another bowl really. That said , the servers walked around like zombies, daze and confused but what really turned me off was the gratuity included - for absolutely no table service. What's up with that? Is that a thing? I'm glad I tried it so I can check it off the list.
