i've been here a couple times for lunch now, and my biggest takeaway is that i should be taking this food away instead of eating there because they are messy!!both times i've been were during the workweek on my lunch hour, and there was ample seating available, which is an amazing draw during the colder months.i have gotten their normal veggie burger, and while it tasted great, it falls trap to a common veggie burger issue: no structural integrity. the patty refused to stay together and was falling off with every bite. for the most recent restaurant week, i got their special impossible burger with fig jam. this tasted even better imo, and the impossible burger held up much better compared to the veggie, but she was STICKY!! this was 100% due to that jam so there's really nothing that could've been done, but i definitely looked silly trying to tame it. the restaurant week deal included a burger, a side (great, crispy sweet potato fries), and a shake (a fantastic captain crunch inspired one) for an awesome price, so i definitely see myself returning for a similar deal. i just know better now than to try and eat this in public lol

I don't understand how this place is still in business. The people are nice but my burger was so meh. A good burger is salty and juicy. This was neither. In fact, I'm pretty sure it wasn't seasoned at all. It was a bit dry and tasted like char. Their signature sauce is watery and a little sour like Worcestershire. It was whatever. The bun is large and not very soft which really made the dry tasteless burger worse. At $13, it costs more than a double at Shake Shack or 2 Big Macs, which are both better. Only giving 3 stars for service. They're nice people. I thought hey, maybe they're new and they're on a learning curve but the first review is from 8 YEARS AGO. Get it together jeez.

I do not recall how I heard about this place but I love a good burger so I was game! I looked at the menu in advance and saw a lot of options that I liked but because so much caught my eye - I became overwhelmed when I was about to order so I built my own burger... My hubby ordered a Juicy Philly with a turkey patty with a side of onion rings; I ordered a Turkey patty with Cusabi, avocado, smoked Gouda and P'unk sauce with a side of sweet potato fries. My burger was good but my hubby's burger was EXCELLENT (so were his onion rings - lol). We also ordered shakes - I had the BW (vanilla and Nutella) and my hubby had a strawberry shake (I think). I thoroughly enjoyed my shake; I did not taste his. The service was great! The young lady who waited on us was nice - she explained the menu well and checked on us while we dined. The prices are a little higher than I anticipated BUT the food was so fresh and tasty that I could not harp on prices.Overall I do recommend this spot and will definitely be returning.Tip: this is a cash only business (they do have an ATM inside, if needed).

I stopped in for a quick bite and it was great! I got a side of fries, it was 7$ but there was a large portion of them. My sister got a burger and really enjoyed it. They have a very limited drink selection, however the server was very nice. She also brought us water right away which was amazing. Food also didn't take very long to come out. The overall atmosphere of it is very relaxed, it's not decorative or a five star restaurant by any means but it's nice for a quick bite.

Decided to give this place a try - wanted to get something new and read some decent reviews. I'm not sure which burgers those folks got, but the beef burger is tasteless and dry. I don't believe the food was seasoned at all. The bacon on the burger was raw (and I love undercooked bacon) - but that too was tasteless. Also got mozzarella sticks, which were drowning in oil with a cold cup of sauce. The first few sticks were ok, but the bottom few were soaked in oil, and were inedible. The young woman that worked the counter/register was very nice, and the staff overall seems quite pleasant. It's not really their fault what sort of food is produced. I assume it's relatively well known that the meat is dry and flavorless, hence the large number of things you can put on the burger itself. It's a cool idea, but the burger is not at all worth what the cost is. Also, it's cash only - which isn't really spelled out until you go to pay - they have an ATM on prem, but it would be helpful if it was a bit more clear.

Lots of options for vegans and meat eaters alike. I was craving a burger, and Yelp pointed me here. Online ordering and curbside pickup were super-easy, and we were home in no time, enjoying our burgers and fries.I got the Juicy Philly (BEEF STUFFED WITH CHEDDAR, TOPPED WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS, SAUTEED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM). Those are my go-to toppings for burgers, so it was easy to order. It was well-made and satisfied my craving.

Burgers and shakes, the combo really can't be beat! I was honestly most blown away by the vegan milkshakes, they have so many options! We got the vegan mint cookie milkshake and it could have fooled me- thought there was whole milk in there any everything! The always sunny on EPA burger with the perfectly cooked over easy egg is a must. The yolk on top is so good! Nadia was our server and she was excellent and helped us out with any questions we had on the menu
