If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food this is the food truck to come to Pukara Peruvian Kitchen. There food was hot fresh and the taste was delicious. I highly recommend this food truck you won't regret it.

All the food was really good and fresh. We tried the cerdo al cilindro, arroz chaufa amazonico and the seafood ceviche. My favorite dish was the seafood ceviche and I'll be back to try the traditional. It had great flavor with just the right amount of spice. The rice was flavorful and had a good amount of meat and plantains.The service was quick and everything came out correct. Really enjoyed our experience and will be back.

This food truck is located in the Sawdust strip near Walmart. The owners are friendly, the Peruvian food here is freshly made, tasty and fast service. I like the chaufa beef rice and especially their 5 leches cake
