Excellent pies, great service and a nicely done interior. They offer sandwiches as well, which make a good lunch time deal but try not to fill up because the pies are where they shine. So far, the lemon chess is my favorite

Just returned at 8pm on a Sunday. This time, the gluten-free options were gluten-free coconut silk and gluten-free Michigan Cherry. I had the gluten-free coconut silk, and it was so yummy. My husband had the Wobbly Turtle Chocolate silk, my in-laws had apple pie and Michigan Cherry both warmed up. My 6 and 4 year olds had vanilla ice cream scoops. Overall, it hit the spot and I highly recommend for anyone looking for gluten free pie!

Ain't no reason to be humble about this pie; it's phenomenal. The crust is perfect, every time. The service is always friendly. You can certainly get your food to go, but there's something about this space that invites you to linger a little. In no particular order, I recommend the following:- Blueberry Buttermilk - Ghirardelli Chocolate Silk- Wobbly Turtle Chocolate Silk- Margherita Quiche- Bacon and Spinach Quiche- The Frenchman sandwich (on a croissant)It's hard to go wrong. This is obviously not a place to bring your friend with food allergies. There's lots of butter here. And cheese. And sugar.

This is the best place for pie. Note, I didn't say "in Katy" and I didn't say "in Houston". This is THE BEST place for pie. They have fruit. They have chocolate. They have pecan. They also have seasonal pies, such as the bunny hop pie that I have a picture of. The owners are great and always out willing to help the people of Katy and Houston. They go above and beyond. They make pie, but also make positive changes. I also love their coffee. They have a Mexican coffee that I must get every time I go. On top of that, they have great sandwiches. It's pie, coffee, sandwiches, muffins, cookies, and community service. This is a place that must never close. Anytime you find yourself in Katy, make it a point to grab something from Proud Pie.

If you have a hankering for some pie and you're out in Katy, I highly recommend this place. They always have a great assortment of pies, including staples like their wobbly turtle (highly recommend) and black bottom pecan pie (delicious!). I love that they always have seasonal pies as well that are rotating. Every time I go there, the selection is slightly different, so I can choose a comfortable classic, or I can opt to try something a bit new. Either way, I don't think I've ever been disappointed in going there. My favorite tip about this place is to go with a few friends and you can each pick a different slice of pie so you can try a variety of them. Thus far, some of the most outstanding pies I've had include the blueberry pie, wobbly turtle, black bottom pecan, and strawberry rhubarb. If you eat in, they can warm up the pie for you, and you can even add a scoop of ice cream and make it a la mode! The atmosphere is super cute and cozy, great for hanging out with friends, and even their coffees and hot chocolate make a great accompaniment to their pies. The service is always spectacular, and all the workers are just simply pleasant. I can't rave enough about this place!

Grab some friends, desserts, and coffee! This has been great place to hang out at on Friday evenings. They have great coffee shop like ambiance and stellar customer service! My friends and I each order a pie or two and we'll just do a rotational tasting and pass it down until we're all pie-d out or we devoured it all. That's really the best way to sample all the variety of flavors. I do love that each time we come, they have several new flavors, it keeps it fresh. This place is really our favorite pie place in all of Houston and we'll have friends meeting us here from all over the city. The price is about $7 for a generous slice. Some of my favorites (it's difficult to choose because there are many favorites, so you'll just have to get a bunch of friends who like to share): Blueberry cobblerTexas Buttermilk with warm blueberriesBourbon PecanWobbly TurtleCoconut Silk PieThey also have a few tables for outdoor seating.

I went in for their Bingo night and had a blast. Anyone in Katy area looking for family-friendly entertainment should give their bingo night a go. Also considering "pie" is on their brand, there's no reason that their Quiche slap this hard, we ordered 1 of the mozzarella based quieche and it had right amount of buttery crispy crust, savoring mixed of egg and tomatoes, probably one of the best Quiche I've ever had. 10/10, will come back to try more food they offer.

I had high hopes for this one, but unfortunately when we actually ate the pies - one coconut and one turtle thing - the pie crust tasted like soap or some kind of industrial cleaner. We took another taste to confirm and then disposed of the rest. Beyond that, I had placed an order to go and when the bag was presented to me one of the pie containers was just laying on its side. I did not get the impression that they were proud of their pies from this experience. Way too much money for what we got, cannot recommend.

We found Proud Pie about a week ago and I really liked the coconut silk pie although it was a big too sweet. The coconut couldn't shine because of the sugar overpowering. So we head back about three days later on a Tuesday night to have dinner and pie and every table was reserved for bingo. Not a table to eat at. When I asked she said we could eat outside. Seriously? It was cold. No thanks. Put bingo outside. So the line was long, full of bingo players and the woman at the cash register stood talking to one of them while we waited a good amount of time listening to them chat. Shes not super friendly to us. No one ever asks if you want your pie heated. The lemon buttermilk pie was awful. Sticky, gummy, too sweet like a key lime pie. It tasted nothing like a creamy buttermilk pie and someone needs to stop with the sugar overload. I threw it away. Mind you I like sweet. The blueberry pie was not very good as well.Provide tables for people that drove 45 minutes to eat at your establishment. Go the extra step to warm a pie. Warn folks on your website you have no tables on certain nights. Either your a bingo hall or a pie shop.
