Loved their fried deviled eggs! And their Brussels sprouts! Corn! All of it! Great food! And also great service. Torrey was great at the bar! Excellent bread pudding! That's a must try!

This place was always struggling with getting clients, having an ample wine supply, mediocre reviews. I think they got it together though! Their food is high quality.. service is good. They deserve more customers. Give them another chance!

WOW is all I can say! We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner here on 12-17-22 and it was simply amazing! The food was stellar!! We all had the bistro salad - so yum with candied pecans, goat cheese and homemade vinaigrette; and a choice of prime filet with garlic mashed potatoes, red snapper with mango salsa or lemon pepper chicken with sautéed veggies. All three offerings were so delectable - one of the best steaks I've ever eaten! The dessert was a white chocolate bread pudding that was amazing! We had a group of 40 people and this small restaurant pulled off this dinner flawlessly! Melanie was so delightful to work with prior to the event - she provided great assistance to me and was so organized and helpful. The entire staff was so friendly and courteous - that's rare to find nowadays! I cannot recommend this sweet restaurant enough - go, you will not be disappointed!!

We read about the new owners and ran right over, hoping for some improvement. Sadly it's pretty much the same place - similar menu, same decor, same marginal food quality.The evening was off to a bad start when I received the glass of pinot noir I'd ordered. Of course it was very warm - it's Texas in the summer - but it was also badly corked. I'd guess the bottle had been opened at least a couple of weeks before. Undrinkable vinegar, we returned it. Service was frantic as the manager and one other waiter attempted to wait on just three tables, a total of eight diners. For example, I saw my glass of (sour) wine sitting on the bar, 15 feet away, for at least 10 minutes before it was brought to our table.We tried a variety of apps and entrees, wanting to give the menu a solid try. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great either. Overall the flavors are a lot like a low-level chain, maybe Luby's or Golden Corral.

I was so excited to be going here for Valentines day but I hate to say I was very disappointed. I didn't get my prime rib meal until after my husband had already eaten and waited about what felt like 25 min. Had to send the first meal back it was well done and I asked for medium. They did take it off the bill without me asking so they made it right. But the replacement was cold so I did bring it home and stuck it in the microwave. There was a set menu for the meal which was fine but it did not feel like a balanced meal. No salad or grilled veggies just potatoes. The waitress was friendly and did keep apologizing. I never hold it against the waitstaff they didn't cook it. So yes we still left her a very good tip.The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting.I gave a two star rating. I thought for the amount of food the price was a little high and I am not sure if we would go back. It was the first time we were there. Will have to think about it.

Stopped by for lunch - I can't say enough. Had the Wagyu Burger - perfectly cooked 1/2 pounder (the meat's freshly ground in the kitchen). Menu contains traditional favs plus some unusual items as well. We also tried the panko breaded and fried hard boiled eggs - unique and tasty. Additionally our server Mikki was outstanding- This is a place that you can stop in for drinks and happy hour, a casual meal or a nice dinner out. I'll be back!!!

We have lived in Montgomery for over 7 years and never knew this place existed since it's a little set back from 105. We're very happy we found it - excellent food. We had the 6oz Filet with mashed potatoes, Chicken Fried Steak with garlic mashed potatoes and the Honey Glazed Brussel sprouts, paired with a Dirty Goose martini and a Caymus Red Blend. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned and neither steak had a chewy bite. We finished nicely with the made in house Tiramisu which was perfect.
