Prime Bazaar

I love prime bazaar! It's convenient, clean, and they're always fully stocked with the essentials. They even offer curbside pick up. When ordering curb side I've placed my order maybe an hour or two before and it was ready quick! Just what I needed. Also, once they were out of stock of what I needed but the staff mentioned they'll get it the next day - and sure enough they did! Super friendly.

So so clean. This is a Desi store full of spices and it doesn't smell like it. It smells clean. Great meat selection with hard to find cuts. Customer service is amazing! So glad they're in my area!

Amazing! Exceptional! We only come here to buy our desi grocery. Their halal meat is always fresh. You can see and taste the freshness. Great selection of grocery's. The people are always friendly. Always greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. I love this place! Come here several times a week. Our daughter loves the free lollipops! Thank you!

We have been shopping here from almost a year now, we always do curbside pickup and its ready within hour or so . They do offer delivery service aswell. Clean meat , freshly cut . Overall we always had good experience whenever we shopped at prime bazaar!!

Do not get your meat from here. They try to pass off sh*t cuts of meat as proper steaks. Ordered filet mignon and got an eye of round. I don't even think their butchers know about the different cuts of meat.

Great place to get desi groceries. The people working here are very friendly and helpful.

These people sell spoiled meat, my aunt bought her meat from here and when she went back to exchange it she was mistreated by the store manager and also kicked out of the store. Keep in mind instead of trying to cause a scene she was willing to pay again for fresh meat without getting her money back but she was also accused of doing this on purpose.

Reading about the abuse of this customer here makes me sad. I was really looking forward to shopping here. no matter how clean and wonderful the setting of a store is, customer service has to be above it. Sometimes the most difficult customers can teach you to be the best at customer service. I would avoid giving my business to any place where things are not tackled with respect. Customer service brings people back to a place. Even if the store manager thought that this customer was unreasonably upset, he or she did not stay solution oriented and became equally if not more aggressive. Being in the education system, I believe that with any career path, you must go through training. If you are becoming a teacher, you get your degree in it and take a state test, go through professional development for classroom management so you can handle all levels of students. If you are becoming a doctor, aside from 12 years of learning, you go through classes on how to handle patience no matter how difficult it might be to earn their trust. If you are going to own a business, you must know!!!!!!Sam Walton said: "There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else."The lady who was disrespected for returning the spoiled meat is well known in Houston and knows many people living in Aliana. Unfortunately, this business will lose some customers including me. We have so many options these days, what makes you different is how you treat me when I am in your space and willing to trust your product and services. You are a new business owner, please take some customer services training. I do wish the best for you and hope that you will take some online training, it will help you understand different ways of tackling all kinds of customers.

Do not go here, they are extremely rude to their customers. The store manager yelled and kicked my mother out after she kindly asked for a refund for spoiled meat which was sold to her. This failure of a manager even tried accusing her of intentionally spoiling the meat and trying to get a refund. She was even willing to let it go and buy more again but this incompetent loser decided to yell at her to leave for no reason at all when she was about to purchase other items. I look forward to hearing what excuse the owner responds to this review because they can check their store recording to see what went down. If you're going to run a business, learn how to treat your customers with some damn respect.
