Pretty Baked

I received my letter "M" cake as a surprise from my bestie and was so impressed!! Molley was able to create a custom Buzz Lightyear cake including spaceships and clouds! The chocolate dipped strawberries were fresh and the chocolate filling and almond cake had just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely recommend pretty baked!

Expensive decorative cakes that are not moist. I was really excited to try these cakes but the cake was dry. It was beautifully decorated so I give them props for that but taste was not up to par. The mini cake was $50 plus $20 for shipping. There are other places a lot closer to me that make better cakes. I don't mind dishing out more $$ but for that much, I am expecting everything to be fresh!

When inquiring about a cake the response was both timely and professional. Also, when ordering it was very smooth, as everything was available on the website and the owner was sure to text me to ensure that the cake was made correctly. Finally, the cake was beautifully made (she followed and executed my design ideas perfectly), and especially tasty! I'm so glad I found her. 10/10 would suggest ordering and doing business with her.

NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service and does not honor her commitments. I paid for an order well within her timeline and even confirmed it would be done. It is now day of and my order is not ready and she has not responded after informing me my order would be ready by 10am. The customer service is horrible and you cannot depend on this lady especially if you have an event. I want my full refund immediately.

Simply did not meet expectations. Cake was dry, without flavor and the lady is very rude. She answered fast the first 3 messages then forgets about you once you're in. Who does she think she is? These cakes are more expensive than a whole tarte at La madeleines. What a waste of money and time with this person.

Okkkkk I was obsessed with my birthday cake!!! I couldn't stop staring at it and then we bit in and the red velvet and white chocolate was sooooo good!! Couldn't finish it all but definitely had no problem eating it for breakfast for the next few days. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!! What a gem!!

Please be aware and safe you self the hassle! I order from this lady for Father's Day weekend and did not received my order and I'm yet to receive my refund. On top of all of that she was very unprofessional, just a little tip if you make a mistake step up to it and apologize instead of trying to make excuses!

Beautiful cake! Perfect to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday. Everyone loved it. It was moist and delicious!! Will definitely order again very soon!

Would give zero stars. Pictures on site aren't what you get, wanted a special cake for my mom. buyer beware. For the price I should've gotten more than two blueberries and half a strawberry wafer. Would never recommend this place.

So my daughter has been following this business for a while. When my birthday came around she was like, u have to get one of these cakes. I called the number on the website. A lady answered the phone and informed me all orders haves to be placed online. I went online, placed the order, and received a confirmation email that they will be getting back to me shortly. The website never prompted me for my credit card number. I took off from work, in down town Houston, early to get a cake I ordered. Driving all the way to Cypress. I am at the door to pick up my cake. No answer. I called the number on the website. The lady called someone else and called me back to tell me I did not place an order. I have an email from the website on Thursday when I placed the order. The lady was not concerned or apologetic that the website failed. My birthday is tomorrow and I will not be in town. This is the first time in 40 years that I have not had a cake for my birthday. Thanks a lot pretty bake.
